What an incredible getaway from the world! Very idyllic, country living. The home felt super cosy and homely. Eggs from the chickens and marmalade in the kitchen waiting for our arrival was a lovely touch! Beds were all very comfortable and we all had great night sleep each night. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality Tim and Judy!

We immediately felt at home in this lovely cottage. It isn’t slick or modern but incredibly peaceful, comfortable and the surroundings are simply beautiful. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well equipped. I just wish we had booked it for a longer stay. The Isle of Skye is gorgeous with Portree a 15 minute ride to restaurants and shops.

This was a perfect quiet getaway with a beautiful view, and nice/convenient kitchen and laundry amenities. Bed had a heating mattress which was nice too. It got a bit cold even with radiators, but maybe we were using them wrong… Google Maps routed us incorrectly and getting there at night it was hard to follow Jill’s given instructions, but the instructions were clear. Overall very happy with the place and its amazing value! Look forward to staying again!

We had a magical stay at the cottage! The pictures don’t do justice to it and we highly recommend getting better pictures. We got very lucky with the weather, saw sun, rainbow and snowfall! The place is also aptly located for northern lights sightings. We got amazing sightings from the cottage on two nights. The Aga kitchen is 5 stars in itself! We loved bringing in new years at the cottage with our little baby. The cot and high chair were both super helpful. Thank you Jennifer for being so responsive and helping our stay.

we had a great stay! Our hosts were really helpful, taking the luggage inside while I was unloading the car, and even helping me to fix a car issue I had! the house has a beautiful view, the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. for the children. there were also a lot of toys, books, and a high chair and travel cot. So they had everything they needed. We even received wine and cookies, which was very attentive. A small downside is the driveway, which is tricky to climb, being steep and with a bend as well as being paved with gravel. With our minivan I also had a flat tire going down the driveway, because I hit a shale rock on the side. We could park on the other side of the road after that, so if you don't feel confident going up, maybe you can ask if you can park there as well. all in all great experience!

Awesome place, secluded location for a holiday. We really enjoyed in the farm, everyone is so friendly including the furry animals. Definitely recommend staying here.

Niesamowicie przytulny, ciepły i ładnie urządzony domek. Gospodarz zadbał o detale, wszystko było funkcjonalne i dobrze wyposażone. Czysto, pachnąco. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze i chętnie zostalibyśmy na dłużej. Przyjemna, spokojna, sielska okolica. Przemiły i bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Łatwe zameldowanie, instrukcje od właściciela, bez problemu trafiliśmy na miejsce. Super baza wypadowa na Loch Ness, zamek, niedaleko duży market i restauracje. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce!

We had a lovely stay. The location was great. Walkable to Kilt Rock and Staffin Dinosaur Museum and only 15 min drive to the Quairing. Great for getting ahead of the crowds. It was a great base for exploring the North end of the peninsula. Bathroom has the cutest tiny sink, but it really is tiny! Hosts were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 1 night at the start of our NC500 trip in April and it did not disappoint. Was slightly worried as we turned into a derelict hotel but this soon went when we reached the house around the back. The cabin was at the back and was easy to find. It was facing away from the hosts house which gave us privacy and the location was so peaceful. The cabin was small but had everything we needed and the little welcome gifts Jess left were a lovely little touch and much appreciated after the long drive. The cabin was clean and check in was easy. Jess was super helpful with any queries I had and responded quickly. Would highly recommend staying here.

We loved out stay at Anna's place, it instantly made us feel at home away from home. Our daughter loved the bath tub en we loved having breakfast (with eggs from Anna) with such a stunning view. Thanks a lot!

Totally worth the money. All the rooms were clean, modern and well looked after. plus all appliances from cooking equipment to cleaning products were supplied. The area was peaceful, private and well located for the many attractions, such as the old man of storr and the fairy pools. Overall a great escape from the concrete jungle and stresses of life.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yasmin's Croft. From the farm fresh eggs to the wonderful brushed cotton comforters she provided our group with all the comforts of home. She is great at communicating quickly and thoroughly. We joined her partner Trevor on a tour around the Isle of Skye that started with Yasmin walking us about the Croft to meet their highland coos and sheep. The tour was well worth it! You can also see some of her handiwork in their handmade woolen goods shop at the Croft. One of our most favorable stays in the many that we have had, we highly recommend Yasmin and Trevor and their croft.

Wir waren im April mit 2 Kindern für 3 Nächte im Pod Oronsay. Sieht alles aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut durchdacht sowie funktional eingerichtet. Traumhafter Ausblick. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden es allen weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Edward lief super einfach, er hat alles sehr genau beschrieben und sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Alles tip top!

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel à la Tint House de Michael. Tout était absolument parfait : la maison est très bien équipée, il ne manquait rien, tout est propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le cadre est magnifique, en pleine nature, au cœur de la forêt — un vrai havre de paix. Michael a été formidable, très réactif, attentionné et clair dans ses explications avant notre arrivée. À la moindre question, il était disponible et adorable. Je recommande ce logement 1000 fois !🤩

We had a lovely stay at Donna’s place. The house was very clean, cosy, and beautifully located, with peaceful scenery and sheep surrounding the property. It was a truly relaxing getaway. Donna was a very responsive host and always quick to reply, which we really appreciated. One small suggestion would be clearer instructions for turning on the water pump, especially for using hot water outside the scheduled time. It took us a bit of time to figure it out in the morning, but Donna was very helpful once we reached out. The Wi-Fi signal could also be a bit stronger. Overall, it was a great experience and we would happily stay again. Thank you, Donna.

Driftwood Cottage is my all-time favorite Airbnb stay. Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, yet so much to do nearby (Quiraing Hike is a must and just down the road!) Everything down to the bedsheets exceeded our expectations, and you can’t beat waking up to baby lambs outside your window 🐑

We stayed three nights at Keith's place. Keith was super helpful and provided us with locally sourced groceries upon arrival. The location is convenient, an easy 10 min drive to downtown Stornoway and the ferry terminal. The pod was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
