Four members of my family stayed here over Christmas as our own house was full. They loved it. 'Brilliant. Great. Five stars,' was one response. Although it is a typical Oxford cottage and looks small from the outside, it is suprisingly spacious inside. Aside from the comfort , my family enjoyed the personal feel of the house, the selection of books, the charming garden, the location by the river and the thoughtful provision of a vegan breakfast. Everything worked well. We will definitely book it again.

Ideal location for visiting family in Oxford. Spacious, comfortable and homely, and spotlessly clean. Very peaceful spot.

Lovely, spotlessly clean, peaceful house and clearly a lot of care had been put into details. Check-in was straightforward and Leima gave great instructions. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and it was great to have an ensuite in every one! The kitchen was well equipped and the toys in the living room were very welcome! The graveled garden has plenty of seating and great for the children to let off steam. Had been concerned about toddlers on gravel, but it had the distinct advantage of not being muddy after a shower of rain! The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is in easy walking distance to a small supermarket and playground. Laima is a lovely host, she responded quickly and was always very helpful. Highly recommend this house!

Our group of five couples stayed here for a weekend reunion and this large house was ideal for our needs. The large kitchen was really well equipped for prep, cooking and eating (although everything initially took a some finding as there are so many cupboards!) and the two tables together made a great eating area. The main sitting room is huge and everyone felt the bedrooms were comfortable. We didn't use the garden at all, it was small relative to the size of the house but there are plenty of lanes and paths locally to walk on. We found plenty to do and a choice of places to eat within driving distance we managed to fit 5 cars into the parking area although it was a tight squeeze. Anjala was quick to respond to our only query during the weekend and overall, we'd have no hesitation about recommending this property for a weekend stay for a large group.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We had a wonderful Easter break staying at this lovely home with our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a real bonus—perfect for the kids to play and for us to relax. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location was ideal for exploring Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families!

Our stay was fantastic and Emma was a great host. The home was spotless and comfortable, and the back garden is really lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential tools. The location is fantastic—close to all the shops and restaurants you need. Christ Church is just around the corner. And the walk around the meadows is worth your while. You’re also within walking distance to the heart of Oxford. Thanks for a great stay! We’d definitely stay again.

Located in a quaint village with nice local pub. House was equipped with everything you need. Good size bedroom, plenty of space. Host was friendly and met us on arrival

Excellent base for a work stay in Wallington: very comfortable and brilliantly located.

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

Lovely flat, excellent location for local shops and restaurants and bus stop a minute walk down the road to get into central Oxford. Appreciated milk in the fridge on arrival! All you’d need to cook a meal is provided. Parking was very convenient. Would stay again and recommend. Thank you Judith!

Great location ideal to get the bus to Oxford or walk along the Thames. Bus service to Oxford was reliable and frequent with the bus stop just outside the farm. Great pubs nearby good food and drink within walking distance. 20min drive to The Farmers Dog. Sue was very friendly and helpful with great local knowledge and Teddy the cat was a highlight for us. Lovely and quiet, great getaway with a comfy bed. Would recommend and stay again. We loved our stay. Thanks Sue x

I stayed at Kate’s air bnb as a retreat with my best friend who also loved the space. Kate was a wonderful host and so polite and friendly and great at communicating Her place is so beautiful and what I liked the best was how peaceful it was as well as the decor of the space and big windows bringing in light and having a view of the garden. The bed was really comfortable and the peacefulness meant I had a great nights sleep. It is such a wonderful place to retreat to and close to nature and lovely peaceful walks, good pubs and food options. I loved the extra touches such as extra fluffy towels, chocolates, coffee machine and milk frother Thank you Kate ! I will be back

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

A lovely central location, near to the main attractions, and peace and quiet should you fancy that. It is above the most genteel ‘Spoons on earth. Clean, tidy, uncluttered.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Nice cosy and charming place. Very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished. There is even a box of handy essentials that we may have forgotten to pack; it shows Grace’s thoughtfulness. Although located next to a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet inside. Building is old and hence bathroom is on the small side. Parking at the front is pretty tight if you drive a bigger car. We took Uber to the city although it is walkable (about 2km). There is a Tesco Express about 150m away; very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely time in Little Oaks. My son explored the grounds and discovered a hammock amidst bluebells❤️ Playing/ running away from the sprinklers. This was a beautiful stay. There were no clutter, felt clean, with beautiful and simply decorated rooms. Really appreciate the white towels, clean linens and the peaceful surroundings.

Het appartement van Hanna en Jason is geweldig om in te verblijven! Het appartement was helemaal schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bus die je in 20 minuten naar het centrum van Oxford bracht, stopte vrijwel voor de deur. De hosts reageerden altijd snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement ligt aan een redelijk drukke straat, maar we hadden hier geen last van. Er waren ook leuke speeltuintjes in de buurt, voor als je met kinderen reist. Al met al een aanrader. Wij zouden hier zo weer verblijven!

I had an amazing stay at Amelia's apartment from Jan 19 to Mar 19. She's truly the best host—so warm and responsive. When I mentioned allergies, she quickly got me non-down bedding without any hassle. The place is even nicer than the photos: spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. Quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to town. Everything worked perfectly. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Oxford!
