Such a beautiful place to stay and close to so many parts of Austin. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Austin.

Great spot in Austin, fairly short walk to just about anything

Great space and location. Brad and Sarah were easy to communicate with. It's like staying in a hotel.

The room matches the pictures. Not spectacular, but 100% worth the price. Nicole was very responsive with any questions we had and was a great host. The building the unit is located in does feel a bit run down, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also worth noting the washer & dryer described in the listing is located in a shared laundry room within the complex.

This Airbnb was great. Clean, quiet, and just what we needed. The underground parking was a plus. Felt very safe and secure. A few things needed fixing (e.g. sink drain, toilet paper holder), but I’m sure that will be fixed shortly by the hosts. Overall, would stay again.

Amazing stay! I would recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautiful location which is right next to ladybird lake and easy to walk to downtown. I personally loved the balcony as it has a great view and lots of wildlife to look at. It’s a great walking spot. It also has a pool area which we loved. I don’t have any negative things to say at all. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on where is best to park and even let us check in one hour early! Thankyou 😌

Highly recommend staying at Kay's place. The only downside was the street noise was a bit loud for the bedroom facing the road.

Had such a great stay! This home was perfect for a one night stay. Enjoyed it and my dogs loved the back yard! Highly recommend.

Everything about the house and host was fantastic. COMMUNICATION- Teri was always quick to respond to questions and made sure we knew the neighborhood rules with regard to parking. LOCATION- A short walk to South Congress which means a short walk to great places to eat and see music- it's also close (maybe 6 to 10 blocks?) to a very large grocery store. HOUSE- Fantastic, comfortable, clean. The little back porch area was great, living room was super nice and comfortable, kitchen had plenty of everything....and 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms means 2 couples have plenty of space. I would stay again in a second and would recommend this place to anyone....We loved it!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of five (Mom, Dad and three adult children). Convenient short commute to downtown Austin. Host was a great communicator and helpful when questions were asked.

This rental was perfect for our needs! We were having our house remodeled and rented this AirBnB house for 2 weeks. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths was exactly what we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all cooking items that we needed. We had enough room to spread out. Having a washer and dryer was nice. My son works from home as a GIS analyst and the internet worked perfectly for him. Learned how to use Roku! Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Definitely recommend!

We loved our stay! The kitchen is well stocked with making cooking easy. I wish we’d had the chance to do more of it. The linens and beds were comfy & we felt at home! We had everything we needed- Much appreciated! Thank you!

The location was centrally located, easy to get downtown and close to restaurants. The home itself was very comfortable and roomy. We also like the decor and the outdoor space was awesome.

I think this was my best Airbnb stay out of 20+. Exactly as advertised, more amenities than elsewhere. Clean and modern and with a nice atmosphere. Bed so comfortable and living space was light and functional. Couldn’t recommend this one more!!!

Good location and easy access to downtown. Condo was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after being out. The amenities were as described and the instructions on the secure entrances was clear. Didn't need to contact hosts as everything was spelled out!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

This was our 3rd time staying here and it feels like our home away from home. It's a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts are extremely responsive and flexible. We will be back again I'm sure.

Jessica was a great host! She communicates clearly and is accommodating. The place was clean, the location is nearby a lot of great food spots, and the area is safe. I really appreciate how we had a late checkout and Jessica was very understanding. Would gladly come back!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
