Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neuen Wohnquartier. Im Quartier ist ein Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants und Spielplatz usw. vorhanden. Es sieht alles sehr schön aus. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb von Paris, man braucht insgesamt ca. 45-50 Minuten mit der Bahn in die Stadt. Es ist ein Umstieg erforderlich. Aber das war uns bewusst. Im Quartier selbst konnte man nach den Unternehmungen wunderbar den Abend ausklingen lassen mit Abendessen und/oder was trinken. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und hat eine gute Ausstattung, ein Duschvorhang bei der Wanne wäre gut gewesen, da es keine separate Dusche gibt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage rundet das Angebot ab. Die Kommunikation mit Charles verlief reibungslos, er hat sich immer schnell gemeldet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Moderne, große Wohnung in einem sicher wirkenden Wohngebiet. RER-Zugstation 1-2min entfernt, von da zum Beispiel in 20min bei Notre Dame. Bäcker um die Ecke, sehr gut. Betten sehr niedrig und etwas hart, trotzdem gut. Utensilien für Kleinkinder vorhanden. Sehr netter und engagierter Gastgeber, wir würden wiederkommen. 😀

This Airbnb apartment was a perfect match for me and my family. It was right in the city and on a high floor. It was quiet, peaceful and private. The apartment was very clean, and the many books and beautiful art add lots of character to the place. There is a fully stocked kitchen too with a very good electric stove. The view of the Seine River and the twinkling Eiffel Tower every night is an amazing memory that my 7 and 10 yr olds will never forget for their first visit to Paris. I was with my kids of course every time they stepped on the balcony. Greg was attentive to any questions we had. He greeted us and gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. The Metro and RER are so close. This location is unbeatable! We will miss Paris and Greg’s place very much. Thank you Greg!

L'appartamento di Gaelle si trova in un posizione eccezionale, a poca distanza dalla Tour Eiffel, Place de la Concorde e il Louvre. La zona è molto tranquilla, con diversi ristorantini nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è spazioso, corrisponde alle foto e si respira l'aria di un tipico alloggio parigino. L'unico appunto è dato dal fatto che l'appartamento è anche l'abitazione abituale di Gaelle e famiglia (questo aspetto non ci era chiaro dall'annuncio o comunque da me non è stato compreso). Questo significa che nell'appartamento si trovano tutti i beni e gli arredi personali di Gaelle, comprese le vivande nel frigorifero. In ogni caso, è stata una buona esperienza e ringraziamo Gaelle per l'accoglienza e per le utili informazioni che ci ha dato.

We stayed at William’s apartment over the New Years, and despite the blocking of the streets, we were able to access local restaurants easily. The location is great, the apartment is just as described, very comfortable for our family of 4. William was always accessible during our stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future, already recommended to friends who are traveling in March!

Lydia is an incredible person and so is her apartment. A perfect mix of style and comfort, a place where everything comes together. The very comfortable bed, the also comfortable sofa, the excellent, huge smart TV, a kitchen full of all the appliances you have at home and can't bring along. The communication with Lydia was efficient but also fun and kind, one could not wish for a better owner. We can't wait to go back but we know the apartment is rarely available so we'll keep a close eye on it. Book and go there without any trace of hesitation. You will absolutely love it. I know we did.

Such a lovely place honestly me and my friends enjoyed so much and a lovely view of the tower! Everything was well thought out and had so much stuff provided I recommend a lot thank you!

This place is simply FANTASTIC. The location is perfect--2" from Metro, downstairs dozens of restaurants and cafes, so you're in a part of Paris that is lively but not overwhelmed by tourists. Everywhere I ate and shopped I heard others speak French 98% of the time. Then the flat itself is SO wonderful. I presume it was renovated as everything inside looked and worked great, which is unusual for most centrally located places in major cities in Europe (this was part of a six week trip so I stayed in a lot of flats). The flat is decorated well, still feels personal (e.g., many of owner's books are there), and has everything one might need. I saw the closet had lots of extra blankets etc, though what was the bed for a relatively chilly March was enough. The set-up was as nice as a hotel while giving one a full one-bedroom + living room. When I'm next in Paris as a couple, I would want to book this place again! It's just GREAT. Also, Bernard let me both check-in early and check-out late

Séjour parfait, la maison est propre et bien équipé/meublé, correspond à la description. Le système home cinéma est top, le jardin extérieur est super. La réactivité à nos questions nous a bien servi à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons volontiers lors de nos déplacements sur Paris. Point d’amélioration : qualité des oreillers et absence de chaînes Tv (TNT)

This was the perfect place to stay for our large family. We stayed here during the Olympics so it was really great to have a quiet and spacious place to go back to at the end of each day! Great access to stores, restaurants and public transportation into Paris. Highly recommend for any family considering staying here!

Super weekend chez Mélanie. Sa maison est encore plus accueillante que sur les photos. Mélanie a été à l'écoute dès notre premier échange pour nous fournir le nécessaire pour notre weekend en famille. Nous avons été touchés par ses attentions et sa gentillesse. Les infos d'accès et relatives au logement étaient très claires, tout est fait pour faciliter notre arrivée. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci encore !

merci à mohammed pour son accueil, cette petite maisonette est un endroit calme et reposant, et nous avons même été très surpris de la qualité du logement superieur aux photos !

Nous sommes restés une nuit à 8 personnes. Tout était très correct, chaque ado avait son lit, et les parents leur chambre. Tout était facile d'accès. et bien équipé pour une nuit ou deux ce logement est très bien.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you may need. Celeste was extremely accomodating and kind, providing us with a Moses basket and bath for our baby too which we are very greatful for. Great location for monmartre. The projector was a great addition! Highly recommend.

It was a great pleasure staying at Pascales’ apartment. The location is ideal, close to most of the Paris landmarks, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. There are two grocery stores I found about 2 minutes walk away, wine shop and pharmacy across the street. Public transportation easily accessible and of course if you prefer, Uber will pick you up right outside the door. The apartment itself is very well organized and comfortable. Every amenity was provided and everything was very clean. The washing machine and elevator are game changers, they made my visit ever so pleasant. Sandra is very sweet, kind and helpful and she will greet you when you arrive. I had no issues so I did not have to approach Sandra or Pascale during my visit. Thank you Pascale and Sandra for letting me stay at your wonderfully comfortable place. I would love to come back in the future.

We were so happy with our stay. Andromeda was a wonderful host. She left little extras - water and Coke in the fridge, cookies on the counter, laundry supplies and even little toiletries kits for each us. The place was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were comfortable. The building and neighborhood were quiet, which is exactly what we needed after the activity of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. There are two markets near by and a number of restaurants. Also, multiple bus stops within 10 minutes walk so you can get anywhere you want to visit in Paris. Andromeda communicated wonderfully with us. She was proactive with information before our stay and responded very quickly when we had a question during our stay. We were there for 9 nights and enjoyed all of it. After leaving Paris we spent a few days in Marseille at a different Airbnb. Honestly, I found myself wishing we were back at Andromeda’s place, because it was such a more comfortable stay. Thank you Andromeda!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement typiquement parisien de Michael. Situé au pied de Montmartre, à 2min du métro et d’un Monoprix, il est très bien équipé et la literie est bonne. Merci pour la bouteille de vin et toutes les petites attentions ! On recommande !
