Derwent Valley offers a beautiful day out cycling, cycle hire available locally. Ultrafast broadband means you can work as well as walk (85 Mp)

An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with walks from the doorstep, cycling, climbing and swimming in the famous Hathersage lido. A spacious, comfortable, well equipped warm home - Ideal for family get togethers. We allow one well behaved dog ( sometimes two by arrangement). Booking calendar can be misleading. The cottage is in a superb location with top-class restaurants, the magnificent Chatsworth Estate and truly stunning local walks right on the doorstep. Bikes can be stored in the rear yard making this cottage an ideal base for foodies, cyclists and walkers alike.

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. *Please note - bathroom refurbishment (completed 1st March 2026) The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but no longer a separate shower.

Your double room, with en-suite shower room, lounge and kitchenette are self contained. Walk out of the door and be on a footpath within minutes.

Jack's Cottage, Curbar

Bridgefoot is a beautiful 17th century cottage situated in the Peak District. Guests have full use of the property including a modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining. There is also an exceptionally comfy and cosy sitting room, equipped with 2 sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) a log burner and a Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster bed and an ensuite bathroom. Next door is a spacious second bedroom with two comfortable single beds.

Chander Hill Cottage is a stylish 3-bedroom barn conversion nestled above the village of Holymoorside, on the edge of the Peak District. This cosy cottage is a perfect base for exploring the countryside, with numerous walks from the door and two pubs just a mile away in the village. Relax in our hot tub with stunning views or warm up by the wood burning stove after a winter walk. The enclosed cottage garden has a patio where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Dogs welcome!
