What a lovely spot. We only stayed 2 nights, but I wished we could have stayed longer. The decor is absolutely adorable, and the location is easily walkable to downtown Staunton. I especially loved the hammock and the back deck. We were fortunate enough to meet Deirdre, her dogs and kids and found them sweet and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Great stay! Apartment was well stocked! Host even provided some breakfast items which was a lovely touch. If I’m ever back in the area will definitely look to stay again

Carolyn's place was very clean and quiet. The decor is on the older side, but everything worked well and was very comfortable. Easy to walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants, which was wonderul! Also very nice to have our own driveway for convenient parking.

Spacious basement with ability to cook and do laundry. Just what I needed for the week! Loved that I could walk out onto the greenway for walks and runs. Easy and plentiful street parking.

Peter was responsive and generous. I was visiting Charlottesville and he offered his own oven for me to make some dishes. His place is clean and was nice and warm during the cold nights. I would stay here again when visiting. Thanks Peter for being a great host.

What a comfortable and immaculate space! Pictures are accurate, neighborhood is quiet and nice, and host is very responsive. The price is excellent for this spot. Highly Recommend!

This place was exactly as the listing and photos said, it was a perfect overnight trip while we hiked in Shenandoah and especially wonderful as we were able to bring our dog along! ❤️ Erika was responsive and friendly and her attention to little details like snacks and toiletries was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay! The beds were super comfortable, the view of the river was beautiful, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the hosts were very responsive and thoughtful — they even offered firewood, s'mores kits, and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place was very clean. There were a few hornet nests around the property (we picked up some spray), and being near the water, there were some gnats — but nothing a little bug spray and a small fire couldn't fix! Tip for future guests: the coffee maker is a Keurig style, so bring your favorite K-cups or your own coffee setup. Also, there are caverns, golf courses, and plenty of restaurants within about 20 minutes. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! Hosts gave clear instructions, so check in was easy. Breakfast items were available for our stay and the house was stocked with almost any toiletry you needed (or forgot). One of the few Airbnb stays where it honestly felt like you were at home!

Overall was a great location to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors since the National Forest was nearby with gorgeous views! Or even enjoy all that the resort area offered! House was clean and the host was always made sure to get back to us about any questions that may have come up. Our kids loved that there was a game area as well that they could watch tv or game without having to give up the TV for the adults to watch TV.

Excellent value in Washington, VA. Clean, nice, and close to the Inn. Highly recommend.

The setting of the home was breathtaking!!! The mountain was beautiful and the open patio was perfect to see the moon and stars at night! We were thinking there was too little light on the patio when we arrived but we know now it’s intentional. The home was spacious and had everything we could have needed. Hot tub was amazing and we can’t wait to return to Lost City!!

It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb was extremely clean. Chastity was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again when visiting Luray!

Andy was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had been at this resort a few times in the past and the unit we received was very nicely appointed and updated. We had all amenities and were super close to the indoor pool and gym. Comfortable.

Lisa's condo was fabulous! It was decorated beautifully and in a very peaceful location. It was great not having to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs. If you need anything, she is quick to answer. It was the cleanest dog friendly Airbnb that we have ever stayed in!! We have a hypoallergenic dog so I appreciated not being covered in dog hair. Mary’s place was exactly what we needed for our family with small children. The kids loved eating on the deck and being able to sleep in the same room but in their own bed. They had games available and everything was nice and clean. Mary was also quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
