Our stay was great. The property is clean and spacious, and well located. My only complaint is about the noisy neighbors, sometimes playing loud music late at night outside. But that's not something the host can control.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement van Zara. Het was schoon, het had comfortabele bedden en het was prettig ingericht. We waren met een gezin met 2 tieners en iedereen had een eigen slaapkamer. Het appartement was ruim. We konden New York gemakkelijk bereiken via the lightrail, the path en de metro. Het kostte wel wat tijd om in New York te komen maar daarentegen hadden we een heerlijk ruim en comfortabel appartement op een rustige plek. New Jersey city is ook een leuke plek om te bezoeken. Zeker met de tips van Zara voor restaurants. Zara was heel behulpzaam en communicatief. We kregen super snel antwoord op onze vragen. Zeker een aanrader!

Place was great for our family. Felt safe and private. Area was not loud at night. would highly recommend for couples and family's visiting NYC. He also gave us clear detailed instructions on how to get to the city. We also liked that there was a Walmart near by to get some stuff that we didn't pack.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

My daughter and I had the best visit! Our host was incredibly friendly and personable! The Airbnb was so clean and quiet. Oh! And the shower! Wow. It had a beautiful kitchen, a washer and dryer and the bed was very comfortable. We walked to the PATH transit system each day and explored NYC. It was the perfect getaway for my daughter’s graduation gift!

Kayla’s place is perfect for business or visiting the area close to go in any direction. It’s clean and has the feeling of being at home with a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a new washer and dryer. Kayla is responsive do anytime you reach out. I would definitely recommend her place

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

We loved our extended stay here. Bare bones house but exactly what was pictured. The shower in the en-suite is fantastic. I would only change the window treatments in the main bedroom they are too small to actually block the sun. Also the pool table is not full size and there are no tables to put drinks on etc. bring your own mugs too. All in all we had a good time and would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

Lauryn was kind to have the place ready on short notice that was clean and presentable. I was very happy with the location as it was safe and shopping was nearby. Will rent again.

Our family came into town due to an unfortunate event. But the stay at this home was all we needed and more. I highly recommend this home. Not only is it clean but has many additional necessary features that makes it feel like home away from home. The price is well worth it!

The condo is very cozy, quiet and well stocked. The location is convenient. The hosts were super welcoming, friendly and easy to communicate with.

I stayed here for a week this winter. The place is the perfect size for two or three people to share and the deck is beautiful. I will be back.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, making it easy to pop over for morning sunrises or afternoon strolls. The house itself is charming, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you’d expect from a well-loved vacation spot. The host is absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. Michelle is available for any questions or recommendations, they make you feel like you’re staying with family. It’s clear that they truly care about your experience, which makes all the difference.

Beautiful and clean condo. It has a nice patio and the interior is lovely. Good communication with owner, and they were very flexible with some date requests we had. Highly recommend. (Just an FYI: bedding sheets need to be brought with you.)

Very responsive & delightful hosts! The condo was very clean & enjoyed the beachy/modern touches. The welcome water bottles & K-cup pods were the cherry on top! Made us feel right at home. Perfect for our family of 4. The sofa is very comfortable which is a serious plus! Only two blocks from the beach, had no complaints from the kiddos! (that's the most important part lol) We were so sad to leave, can't wait to stay again soon :)

Great location with coffee shops, restaurants and stores nearby. Plenty of street parking and easy access to other neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Kristen is a great host and responded to questions right away. My husband and I were in Philadelphia for my son’s birthday, would stay at Kristen’s place on a future visit.

Allways like staying here . Feel right at home. Easy parking and easy walking .
