BATHROOM The tiled bathroom features a full-width walk-in shower with powerful fixed & hand-held shower heads, A modern basin offers instant hot water, set against a full-height/full-length mirrored wall. The WC and heated towel radiator complete the picture. SITTING ROOM The front door leads directly to the living room, meaning it enjoys a natural flow to/from the private courtyard. Seating is comfortable and tables are plentiful. Warm lighting highlights walls hung with pictures, and the sash window has working shutters. KITCHEN Clean & modern with wooden worktops and light flooding in through two sash windows, which open and link to the courtyard. PRIVATE COURTYARD The private basement courtyard enjoys the morning sun and comes equipped with a table and two chairs. It isn't naturally overlooked, but the three sash windows from the flat itself open wide onto it, meaning that those inside aren't isolated from those inside.
