This double story home has a kitchen and living area below with a huge loft bedroom, full en-suite bathroom above. Sliding doors lead you to a wooden deck overlooking the bay. There is safe private parking enclosed with electric gates. The clients will have the place to themselves and will be able to use a lockbox to get the keys out. The owners are on hand should they prefer personal assistance.

The river is located about 300m from the cottage. The beach is located 1.6km from the cottage.

The location offers stunning views over the Bay and Mountains as well as easy access to the center of town, beaches and the famous Point Lighthouse.
