Fantastic location. Super close to the beach and great views from the deck. The apartment felt very homely and comfortable. The deck was huge and the perfect place to sit out in the evening. Highly recommended.

A szállás ugyanolyan szép, mint a fotókon. Remek az elhelyezkedése, a tenger közel van, a másik irányban pedig a bolt, kávézó, gyógyszertár fél perces séta. A medence gyönyörű tiszta, és még wellness funkciók is vannak benne. A mélysége kb. 160cm. A felső szintről gyönyörű a kilátás, és szuper a nagy terasz. Mindennel fel van szerelve, kényelmesen elfért két család. A parkolás is megoldott. Sok programlehetőséget ad a két város (Trogir, és Split) közelsége. A repülőtér közelsége minket nem zavart. A háziak készségesek , aranyosak.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, mit herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, der auch gleich ein paar Schritte über eine kleine Strasse zu erreichen ist. Mare und die Familie waren sehr liebe Gastgeber! Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

I honestly can’t rave about this stay enough and am telling everyone about it! This was my first experience of airbnb (bit behind the times) and was anxious being it being abroad but I shouldn’t have wasted any emotional energy as Ivana, her husband and the property were perfect. The apartment was spotless and the aircon very welcome. The facilities were spot on. We were delayed on arrival but this didn’t phase Ivana at all keeping in contact with me as if it were no problem at all. We were warmly welcomed and even left chocolate, snacks and a bottle of wine which were most appreciated after a delayed flight. The area is residential but the views great over the sea and mountains. Kastela is a lovely suburb of Split with everything you would want and really easy access to all the main attractions. I fell in love with Croatia and will definitely return and to this property. We even got gifts for keepsake when we left. The kindest people!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Andrija. Avec sa maman, ce sont des hôtes accueillants et ouverts à la discussion. Le logement est fonctionnel, très propre et idéal pour les couples voulant visiter la région et profiter du soleil au bord de la piscine. A notre arrivée, Andrija nous a donné une liste avec les meilleurs restaurants et plages autour de la maison.

Appartement spacieux aéré, belle déco. Beau panorama sur le littoral à partir du grand balcon. Nous avons pu bénéficier du confort des chambres et salles de bain ainsi que de la cuisine fonctionnelle ainsi que du grand salon. Calme environnant très appréciable après nos visites touristiques intenses. Nous recommandons fortement l'appartement d'Ela qui de plus, est très attentive aux besoins de ces locataires et auprès de qui nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement.

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich gute Gastgeber*innen und haben uns direkt zu Beginn einen riesig freundlichen Empfang mit Brotzeit und hausgemachtem Alkohol bereitet. Nachdem uns das Grundstück überlassen wurde, wurde regelmäßig Hilfe in verschiedensten Dingen angeboten (z.B. war der Sohn so freundlich einen Trupp spontan zum Flughafen zu fahren). Außerdem hat sich die Familie bereit erklärt einen Abend für und ein (sehr leckeres!) traditionelles Mahl zuzubereiten. Die Wohnungen waren gemütlich, sauber und durch die vielen Bäder, Küchen, Wasch- und Spülmaschinen konnten wir, als 14-köpfige Studententruppe immer das tun wo nach uns gerade war ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch optimal: Split und Trogir sind sehenswert und (mit dem Auto/ Trogir auch mit dem Rad) schnell erreicht. Es gibt viele schöne Strände und die Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen kriegt man von diesem akustisch rein gar nichts mit, es bleiben also nur Vorteile. Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft Villa Rimac!

Wir haben 14 wunderbare ruhige und erholsame Tage auf Brac verbracht. Die Wohnung von Ana und Goran war dabei ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung der Insel zu dem wir Abends immer wieder sehr gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Im Vorfeld wurden wir von Ana und Goran mit sehr vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht alle wahrnehmen konnten. Das hatte mehrere Gründe. Wir hatten für Mitte Oktober noch auf Strandwetter mit warmen Wasser gehofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Strände hatten wir dabei aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit fast für uns allein. Diese Ruhe an den Stränden und das schöne Wetter haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Nachteil der Ruhe war allerdings, dass die Bars an den Stränden allesamt und auch viele Restaurants in den Orten bereits geschlossen waren. Es gab aber noch genügend Auswahl und dann hatten wir ja noch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche von Ana und Goran. Der Vorort-Kontakt Gianni ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf dem Balkon. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten mit Uber und einem Mietauto die Stadt in 10 min erreichen. Supermarkt ist direkt nebenan. Der Fußläufige Strand ist aufgrund einer Baustelle gesperrt, müsste aber bald wieder öffnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

Lovely villa, all staff we met were really nice. Locals are very welcoming. Villa is very modern and pool is a good size. Lots of round to enjoy your holidays and the area is stunning… only a 2 minute walk to the beach which was amazing! Would recommend to anyone from families to friendship groups looking for a chilled getaway

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in einer privaten Region ohne direkte Nachbarn. Sowohl Innen- als auch Außenbereich sehr schön gestaltet. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und kommunikativ gibt auch Empfehlungen für die Region. Alles im allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Josip. Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Olivenbäume war toll. Der private Pool bot immer eine Erfrischung. Das Meer und die Stadt zum einkaufen war mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 min. zu erreichen. Der Nahe Flughafen hat fast gar nicht gestört. Josip war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und immer zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Urlaub.... Danke Josip

Een super fijne en grote woning voor een groep van 10!! De host is super vriendelijke en goed bereikbaar, ze staan 24/7 voor je klaar. Voldoende servies, handdoeken, beddengoed en badhanddoeken voor 10 man. De woning was bij aankomst brandschoon en het zwembad werd ook regelmatig schoongemaakt. De locatie is wel ver afgelegen van Split, maar met een uber of eigen auto was het prima te doen! Zeker een aanrader!!

Wonderful, comfortable place. Big backyard with lots of privacy, and a nice swimming pool. Beds are comfortable. 2 beautiful and nice showers. We really enjoyed our stay. Anita surprised us with some snacks and drinks upon arrival. She was very friendly, lots of good tips & great communication. Definitely would recommend this place when going to Split (just 25 min drive). She can also provide a baby crib and high chair, so it’s also kid friendly! Thank you Anita!

It was a lovely place to stay with 2 families. Maja was very helpful with instructions and super responsive. There was quite a bit of smell coming from the restaurant downstairs but as we didn’t stay much at home it was ok.

Spędziliśmy 7 nocy 12 osobową grupą znajomych w Villi Shell. Były to świetne i niezapomniane wakacje. Pobyt był niezwykle przyjemny. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Duża przestrzeń dobrze zagospodarowana dla takiej grupy. Do dyspozycji gości doskonały basen, idealne miejsce na grilla, pokój gier (bilard, piłkarzyki, dart, sprzęt do ćwiczeń), dwa duże pokoje (jeden z barem) do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Gospodarz jest niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Atutem jest również ilość łazienek (4 + 1 koło basenu). Okolica bardzo spokojna, przystanek autobusowy obok domu, sklep spożywczy w pobliżu. W sąsiedztwie miły taksówkarz. Do Trogiru 10 min autem. Serdecznie polecamy!!

We had a perfect stay at this Airbnb property with our families and kids. The vacation rental exceeded our expectations, offering exceptional facilities for families, including a great pool and hot tub. Its location near the beach and grocery stores was convenient. The house had all the necessary amenities, and the bathrooms were clean and convenient. The pool and outdoor area were a highlight of our vacation, enjoyed by both kids and adults. The hostess, Antonia, was excellent, addressing our queries promptly and making us feel welcome. Despite initial concerns about the airport proximity, the area was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely return to this amazing Airbnb in the future, as it provided everything we needed and more. Whether traveling with family or friends, this property is a fantastic choice for a memorable vacation. We highly recommend it for its beauty, amenities, and convenient location.
