Wonderful spot right in the heart of Montepulciano. Giorgio is an excellent and responsive, helpful host. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Montepulciano.

We absolutely loved our stay at Luca’s place. It was super clean, cosy, close to everything and had breathtaking views! It felt like home and had great amenities and Luca left great recommendations! Luca was such a responsive and great host, we hope to stay again someday!

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

We had a wonderful weekend at Mery’s house! She is the sweetest, helpful attentive host! 5 stars is not high enough for her home and hospitality. Walking to the town, restaurants, etc was a bonus! Must stay!!

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach ein Traum! Herzlichen Dank, liebe Christine und lieber Christian, dass ihr uns diesen wunderschönen Ort zur Verfügung gestellt habt! Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer kleinen Tochter (2 Jahre) in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht und jede Minute genossen. Die umliegenden Ausflugsziele sind fantastisch, und der grosse Garten lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Stephanie, unsere Kontaktperson vor Ort, hat uns herzlich empfangen, uns alles ausführlich erklärt und war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Christine war mit ihrer Familie ebenfalls einige Tage vor Ort, und es war eine Freude, sie kennenzulernen. Es war spannend, mehr über die Geschichte des Hauses zu erfahren. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles!

Nice place and of course the view is awesome. Decent restaurants around. We had some trouble with the air conditioner and we needed to clean the filter on both of them so they wouldn’t cut out due to overheating. The place is missing a few items to really stand out: tea towel in the kitchen (as someone else has mentioned), maybe a French press do you make more than one tiny cup at a time. There was a bit of stress around the parking since someone had parked in our spot and we needed to pay for a few hours while it left.

We were very impressed with the location. The old fort is very authentic and a great location overlooking the harbour. Don’t have a a lot of luggage as the steps from the moat up to the accommodation level are steep. Also, a large car may struggle to get through the automated door. We loved the unusual location and were able to walk down to the harbour and all the splendid restaurants. Takes about 15 minutes !

On top of the amazing stay, the beds were comfy with great linen. Such a gorgeous find. Would have loved to stay longer. The balcony at night was a highlight.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The airbnb was great! Great views, the room facing the valley was nice and quiet, very quaint, old home. We were quite comfortable. You have to park a bit far from the Airbnb, so just be aware of that and try to reduce the number of trips you will need to make between the car and the Airbnb - we had our baby with us so that can be a bit tricky. Also, like in most homes in Europe, the floors are mostly stone/tile so I would recommend bringing comfy house socks or slippers. We also enjoyed the shops right outside of the door!

Ein wunderschönes Bijou in den Hügeln der Toscana. Mit Liebe und Sinn für Ästhetik eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Deko Details und Geschirr. Im Hus hat es sehr fein geduftet. Wir waren total überrascht, es war noch hübscher als auf den Fotos, mir wären beinahe die Tränen gekommen, als ich es sah. Lieber Simone, du hast ein wunderschönen Fleck noch schöner gemacht, bravo! We loved our stay at Paola’s! The view is absolutely amazing and we loved watching sunset every night. Paola was so easy to communicate with, shared lots of local recs and made us feel so welcome in her beautiful home. The location is peaceful and quiet and just a few minutes walk from amazing restaurants and shopping. We were working remotely and the wifi worked great. We absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Multipulciano. I was worrying about the lack of windows but it did not matter and the view we did have was spectacular. Very clean, very helpful from Alex. Marveled at the history inside the apartment. Definitely put love and care in to it.

L'appartamento è situato nella zona pedonale ed è molto carino e curato. è facilmente raggiungibile e le istruzioni molto semplici. Inoltre nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi posti in cui mangiare o bere del buon vino. Paola è molto reattiva ed è stata molto carina a suggerire dei ristoranti.

This apartment is storybook in perfection and much more than just a place to stay. The most spectacular view of Tuscany you can imagine from the wall of Montepulciano… sunset from the window… sounds of the surrounding farms in the morning… easy 3-5 minute walk through the renaissance streets to any restaurant you want. Luca is also the most intentional host, providing great recommendations, personal contacts for reservations, and easily accessible for anything you may need. Assuming we go back to Montepulciano, I would like to stay here again. Easy choice.

Nell'alloggio di Cesare ci si sente come a casa. Confortevole, accogliente e minimale. l'esterno è curato e delle dimensioni giuste per gustarti un pasto con i rumori della natura circostante. L'appartamento è piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per vivere al meglio la vacanza. il Signor Cesare e il Signor Walter sono di una gentilezza unica. Un posto tranquillo in cui sicuramente ci torneremo.
