I stayed here with my two dogs for a week and a half or so --it was fantastic! The location is walkable to the beach, restaurants, walking paths, and shops. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. You really could not ask for more.

My husband, pup, and I felt right at home here! Clean and cozy with an unbeatable location! Shops, dining, and the Bestie River trail right out the door…Not to mention the lake view from the living room!! Absolutely perfect for our stay.

Nice little place in the village of Northport. Quiet and clean with beautiful breezes at night to have a restful night. It was a great place and the host did a great job of making her home a great destination

This place was in a perfect location for those who prefer to walk instead of drive. We parked in the parking garage that is attached to the apartment and it made parking, driving, packing, and unloading 100x easier.

Evan was a responsive and friendly host and reached out to us at check-in, mid-stay, and checkout to make sure we were all set throughout our stay. For those with mobility concerns, the unit is on the second floor, so you do have to climb a flight of carpeted stairs. Also note that the walls are a bit thin, so we could hear our downstairs neighbors and dog quite clearly, something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise. These were both non-issues for us though, so we had a wonderful stay overall! Their place was no-frills, clean, and cozy.

Great location! It is easy to walk to town and the lake. The bed & bedding were so comfortable. We appreciated the book with local recommendations & the welcome bottle of champagne. The parking garage is attached & only $20 per day which seemed reasonable to us.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Samantha’s place. It was close to everything for the wedding weekend and was very comfy.

Exactly as described and very homey. Everything was clean and I had everything I needed. Location was great. The sunsets on Lake Michigan were 5 minutes away. Thanks for the hospitality!

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the Posh Birdhouse nestled in the woods, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were struck by the extreme privacy and tranquility surrounding us from the moment we arrived. This home truly felt like our own secluded sanctuary. The minimalist design of the house was both refreshing and functional. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed us to unwind. Despite its simplicity, the home was equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features was the espresso machine, which quickly became our morning ritual. The in-home sauna was another incredible addition. After long hikes through the woods, it was a delight to relax and rejuvenate in the warmth of the sauna. The most significant benefit to this home was the location. We were within 30 minutes of our favorite places (Good Harbor Beach, Pyramid Point, Leland, Sutton's Bay, Northport, Glen Lake, and Mawby).

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The place was modern, spotless, and very well-organized. Everything was thoughtfully stocked, making our trip super comfortable. The natural setting was peaceful and relaxing — a perfect getaway spot. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great visit to TC and Boyne Mountain. We were in the mood for something off the beaten path, and this home did not disappoint. The photos are extremely accurate, the house is very tastefully decorated without being fussy. I drive an EV, so the 240v Level 2 J1772 charger in the driveway was what drew me in. It worked perfectly, I woke up to a full battery each day. We stayed during a pretty good snowstorm, but the plow truck came early every morning to dig out the neighborhood. I had no problem getting in/out in an SUV. The sledding hills in the backyard were the cherry on top and I might… have skied down them a couple of times. 😀

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful trip! Katy was very quick to communicate when we had a question. Big kitchen perfect for prepping a meal for our large family. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a snowy walk down to the nearby lake.

Dana’s place was AMAZING! My friends and I came to celebrate a birthday and we had snow activities planned for the weekend at a nearby ski resort. Again the house was so beautiful, very minimalistic/modern, clean and spacious! Views were great and everyone was very comfortable. Before booking, Dana also gave recommendations for things to do along with places to eat and shop as well! The stay was so perfect that we didn’t have to reach out to her for anything! Very satisfied, will stay again, and recommend her place!

Paula’s Cottage by the Bay was perfect for our family of 4! It had everything we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had a nice private backyard. We loved using the bikes (including the trailer for our 2 little ones) and were able to use them all around the Bay Area.

Beautiful home in a quiet but still very convenient location. We rented the home for a quick ski weekend at Boyne Mountain. The house is 6 miles (about 10 mins) from the resort. Super convenient location by gas, McDonalds and BC Pizza. The house is immaculate and is totally updated throughout. The kitchen and living space were highly functional and welcoming. The bedrooms are all very well sized and the 2.5 bathrooms were excellent. It was very nice to have the practically new washer and dryer available to use as well. We would definitely rent again! Thanks!

We enjoyed so much about this space - it was cozy, nestled in the woods with a very short trail to the nearby river, pup friendly, and seven minute from Crystal Mountain (which is why we were in the area). We used the kitchen every day, hot water did not disappoint after a cold day outside and the cute little fireplace was a nice touch as we wrapped in blankets and watched movies in the evenings. I recommend it!

This place is beautiful, and so conveniently located! Absolutely perfect for a Traverse City getaway. It was easy to find, in a very walkable part of town. Great stay.

Our stay at Blufin Lodge was perfect. We enjoyed having the week with the lodge as our home base for exploring all the sights in the area. We lucked out having arrived during peak leaf season. Driving through the resort was like a dream with all the beautiful fall colors. My husband and I, along with our two daughters, appreciated having our own space to relax after our adventures. The hosts have thought of all the little things you didn’t even know you needed. Cozy and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools to cook some of our own meals. Access to the resort amenities was a great addition and we took advantage of the pool many nights. The Lakeview Restaurant offered a great happy hour with spectacular sunset views of Lake Bellaire. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely consider returning to this lovely condo.

Very good location for us, easy walking to restaurants or bars or the water front. We thought the place was well stocked and very clean and the bed was wonderful. Having a dedicated parking place was a nice bonus for us and appreciated. There is a bakery downstairs so breakfast can be super easy or you can drive to Randy's diner, like we did, for an inexpensive and hearty breakfast. My only critique, and I didn't let it affect my rating, is that the duties of taking out the trash, loading/starting the dishwasher and putting towels in the washer are chores I escape from when I'm on vacation and expect to be included in the cleaning fee I pay. I do wish ABB's would require chores as part of the listing. Still, this was a very nice place with great amenities. I would recommend replacing the bedroom lights with higher lumen LED lights because we like to read in bed and that was difficult with the dim lighting.

Great place to stay that was super close and walkable to Buck lift. It was so convenient and the condo was a great size for our family and grandparents that came along. Would stay again!

This place provided a wonderful location for a welcome return to TC. Beautiful home within walking distance to all things downtown TC has to offer. The included parking pass for the garage was an added bonus that alleviated any concerns with finding a close spot. We will definitely look to stay here again upon our return! -Ryan & Mel

When going skiing, leave ski's in vehicle overnight. Since room is on 3rd floor and the room isn’t that large . But it's great for ski in and ski out to stay
