The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

The living room has a flat-screen Roku TV with Netflix, Sling and other streaming apps already installed.
