Walk in to this rental and you have everything you need and more! Lin, Russell and their two dogs were very friendly, nice and welcoming. The surroundings inside and out are beautiful and relaxing. My two dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard, seeing the chickens as well as the horses across the street too. All around, this place was a perfect rental for me and close to watch my niece play softball at North Greenville University, which was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely rent again!

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

The loft was lovely - the pictures don't do it justice. Top-of-the-line appliances, plenty of towels, blankets, cookware, and Wes was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Great place to stay, prefect for couples looking for a retreat or a small family. Hot tub was a great bonus and the location is only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Spacious apartment with a big kitchen but several restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. The bed was comfy oh and the couch is great for an afternoon nap as well. Love the extra security of people having to know the code to get into the building.

Jennifer’s place was beautiful and exactly as described in the photos. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or accommodations we needed. The home is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and it was spacious and very well-maintained. I’ll definitely be saving her Airbnb for future stays!

Such a great place to stay with kids, even has a small play structure in the private yard! Close to downtown Asheville and convenient to get everywhere!

Stayed for a week to do some hiking at Pisgah and it was the perfect place! So cozy and peaceful, the cabin was very clean and the perfect size! The fire pit outside was perfect at night and the creek in the back was so peaceful. We had the best week! Will definitely be back and recommend!

I have to say, this was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve ever had. It’s common to find places with cheap or uncomfortable furniture,especially the beds but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Everything was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully put together. The information provided before and during my stay was clear, detailed, and left no room for confusion. I genuinely enjoyed myself, which is something I don’t often say. This experience was truly a breath of fresh air.

Great place for a girl's vacation. Mark's place had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe. Bedrooms were a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed. We really appreciated the efficiency of the elevators!! It was less than a mile to walk to downtown. You should definitely walk Coxe Avenue as there is so much to do on that street. The neighborhood looked like it was up-and-coming so a bit rough in some nearby areas, but we always felt safe. Would book this home again.

Carly’s house had everything you could wish for in an Airbnb — impeccably clean, modern comfy furnishings, plenty of towels, parking, and even a Bluetooth speaker (hooray!). The Montford neighborhood is extremely pleasant and walkable. We really enjoyed the area north of the house — the restaurants, parks, and streets nearby were amazing. However, the house’s proximity to the highway and the crisis ministry did attract some unwanted late night noise from people, just something to be aware of. It wouldn’t be something that would stop us from visiting again, though. The quality of the house made up for it!

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

We loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as described—stylish, clean, and incredibly well-located. We parked and walked everywhere the whole stay and it was super easy to come and go when we headed out for hikes. The exposed brick and modern touches gave it a great vibe, and the bed and seating were super comfortable. We appreciated all the thoughtful details. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the heart of downtown Asheville. John, Andrew and Ashlie were perfect communicators. Thanks so much!

This place was amazing! Love the Pac Man machine. Incredible bed… so comfy I just had to see the make! Very clean and responsive host.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to walk around Asheville and explore all the great things it has to offer. The room gets pretty hot because there isn't a ceiling fan but I think if you close the vents in the bathroom and kitchen the air might blow back that way. We had to pull out the fan from the closet and put that on 4 at night. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Thank you Joslyn for hosting us, we appreciate you.

April & Derek’s condo was beautiful and included all the necessities and more that we enjoyed while staying there - from washer pods, dryer sheets, extra paper towels, trash bags, coffee pods & seasonings. The one and only down side was the lake was inaccessible and drained on the side we were facing because of the restoration work due to hurricane devastation. We were able to take the kids to the indoor pool, we played mini golf and corn hole and they also had an Easter egg hunt & visit from the Easter Bunny on Saturday. We would love to return when the lake has been restored because it’s a very nice resort only two hours away from us. Oh and the views driving around the towns are amazing.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!
