La casa di Sebastiano è stata un luogo perfetto per la nostra famiglia. Camere ampie, letti comodi e cucina dotata di tutto ciò che serve. La veranda è il valore aggiunto, sia per i pasti che per permettere ai bambini di giocare. Sebastiano è stato un host molto disponibile e velocissimo nelle risposte, ci ha dato buoni consigli per il nostro soggiorno. Da consigliare assolutamente!

Even nicer than we imagined- the patio is right off the bedroom making it super easy to use for breakfast and afternoon drinks. It has the best view in the city!

Laura è stata un host estremamente gentile e disponibile e si è dimostrata molto pronta e veloce nel soddisfare una nostra specifica richiesta. La casa era molto pulita, in ordine e completa di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, parcheggio proprio davanti all'alloggio, posizione comoda per le tante possibili visite nelle vicinanze. Esperienza molto positiva, assolutamente da consigliare.

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Skønt ophold for hele familien. Smukt område og dejligt med det fantastiske marked rundt om hjørnet fyldt med friske råvarer til gode priser. Meget hurtig rektion da vi løb tør for gas i det ene køkken ca. 20 min. Kan varmt anbefales👍🥰

Wir haben uns in der Villa Sole sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat alles da, was es braucht und sehr sauber sowie ruhig ist es auch. Wir waren immer sehr froh um den eigenen Parkplatz beim Haus. Strand und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Caterina ist eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Person und die Kommunikation mit ihr klappt super. Das süsse Willkommensgeschenk war der Hit - vielen Dank dafür. Wir können die Villa Sole uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Die Erfahrungen, die wir in diesem wunderschönen Landhaus als Gäste von Vincenzo gemacht haben sind unbeschreiblich: Zum einen ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen auf einem Berg mit einem weiten Blick ins Tal, umsäumt von mehreren Blumenwiesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr weitläufig und hat eine große Terrasse. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. An den Abenden war es im April noch recht kühl, deshalb haben wir den Kamin benutzt. Wofür alles nötige zusammen- und bereitgestellt war und wir die Wärme genießen konnten. Zum anderen sind das Highlight Vincenzo selbst und seine Tiere, die ebenfalls auf dem Anwesen leben. Wir haben ausführlich Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und wurden immer herzlich von allen begrüßt und beschnuppert :) Insgesamt ein delight!

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat genau für unsere zwei Nächte in Syrakus gepasst: tolle Lage, Ortiygia fussläufig entfernt, das kleine Haus auf zwei Etagen mit hübschen Innenhof und Balkon und alles in der Küche und Bad, was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffe! Vielen Dank, Martina! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit auf Sizilien gefeiert und Robins Apartment war die perfekte Wahl für unsere Unterkunft. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt den Bildern und war makellos sauber. Robin hat uns herzlich empfangen, stand uns mit tollen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants zur Seite und hat sich immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Sizilien und unvergessliche Flitterwochen. Mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt – aber eines steht fest: Wir kommen wieder! Vielen lieben Dank, Robin, für alles!

Pour vivre la vie d’un sicilien de Syracuse cet appartement était parfait, idéalement, placé propre et confortable! C’est un sans-faute! (Prenez en compte que le cœur de la ville est interdit à la circulation et qu’il faudra donc marcher dans la ville avec vos valises, mais ça fait partie du charme puisque tout est piéton.)

Our early April 2025 10-day stay was great! The property was exactly as shown on the listing site. An updated, well maintained, very clean, bright, lovely place in an absolutely beautiful setting. It was an easy walk to activities, sites and restaurants in both Siracusa and Ortigia. The host was helpful and responsive. It's one of the nicest places we've stayed in 20+ years of international travel. We highly recommend it to others.

The apt is very clean, surprisingly quiet and functional in all respects. We would rent again for sure but beware: the second bedtoom really isn’t a bedroom except in the most technical sense. It is a sofa bed with a divider to the real master. However, there is a second muchbetter sofabed in the living foom area which we used and it worked great so just depends on your sleeping arrangements. As others have noted, apt does not provide amenities like soap, shampoo but kitchen is stocked with basics.

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

L'appartement est très agréable et idéalement situé en plein centre d'Ortigia. La rue est calme et tous les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. La communication a été facile et les propriétaires nous ont aidé à réserver un parking avant notre arrivée.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Noto eine unbedingte Empfehlung. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage!

Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréable dans l’appartement de Francesco. La terrasse est vraiment super, l’appartement est aussi très sympa. Tout était parfait pour nous accueillir. Francesco a été un excellent hôte qui nous a proposé une belle activité bateau, mais aussi bien conseillé pour nous garer etc… On recommande !!!

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Ein atemberaubender Blick auf’s Meer und die Altstadt von der gigantisch großen Terrasse. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir waren mit unserem neunjährigen Sohn in der Wohnung. Er hatte sein eigenes kleines Zimmer oberhalb der Treppe, was er geliebt hat. Zudem gibt es ein abgeschlossenes Schlafzimmer und eine hübsche Wohnküche. Die Lage am unteren Ende von Ortigia ist perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Appartement conforme à la description. Excellent accueil et remise des clés par la maman de Damiano, personne extrêmement serviable et bienveillante. Literie confortable. Accès à pied au centre ville. Toutes commodités proches. A 10' (voiture) de la plage de Lido di Noto (agréable). Proche de la réserve naturelle de Cavagrande del Cassibile (à faire, "piscine" naturelle, longue descente à pied mais ça vaut le coup). Une très bonne adresse pour visiter la région.

I stayed at Leandro’s listing during my one day visit to Syracuse and enjoyed my stay as well as Syracuse very much.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.
