Desde Chile hasta el alojamiento todas las instrucciones clarísimas! muy agradecido de Carlos y su hospitalidad con nuestro grupo, lo pasamos increíble, disfrutamos de Madrid y todo lo que puede ofrecer a uj grupo de jóvenes aventureros!!

Estancia muy cómoda. El apartamento está limpio, ordenado y están pendientes para darte las indicaciones correctas para llegar. El apartamento está muy cerca de la boca del metro que te lleva al centro y hay una plaza cerca para poder tomarte algo tranquilo. Lo más difícil es aparcar cerca, pero es verdad que a apenas 8 minutos del apartamento, puedes dejar el coche en la zona del cementerio. En general muy muy contento !!!

L'appartement proposée par Gema correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos de l'annonce, literie, équipements, meubles, électroménager et accessoires de cuisine tout était en parfaite état et fonctionnels. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de marche de la station de bus 77 et 167 pour rejoindre en 15 minutes canillejas et ciudad lineal (ligne metro 5). Le centre commercial plenilunio est à 15 minutes de marche. Sinon, en voiture, une place de parking est disponible au sous-sol juste à l'entrée et accès direct à l'appartement. L'échange avec Gema était clair, précis et très courtois. Moi même étant Hôte, je sais reconnaître les efforts fournis pour entretenir son unité et satisfaire ses clients, Gema a su réussir ces deux conditions. Je recommande à 💯 pour 💯 et je n'hésiterai pas à revenir si l'occasion se présentait.

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

My wife and I stayed over 2 weeks and just loved it, the place became a home for us. The apartment is far better in person than in pictures. The check-in was amazing, Casandra met us in person, made sure that everything worked (she even changed the batteries on the tv remote) explained how to use the microwave and washing/drier (they are slightly different than what we have in the US). She walked me to the supermarket and showed us where the pharmacy and hairdresser were. The apartment is very comfortable with privacy in the bedroom. excellent kitchen and dining area, spacious. bed comfy! The apartment is in the best area of Madrid, in the heart of the best restaurants and shopping. I am a runner and was able to run every day in the Retiro Park and early in the streets. So much to do. You are close to great restaurants but also smaller ones for lunch. The supermarket is a block away. Just an amazing experience. Can walk to Puerta del Sol. Thanks to Gabriel and his staff!

We hebben het heel fijn gehad. Francisco is erg punctueel in contact. Hij is behulpzaam. Het appartement is schoon en van alles te vinden voor in de keuken. Winkels en metro vlakbij. 1 mooie grote slaapkamer met goed bed. Andere kamer met slaapbank iets minder comfortabel. We waren er met de lange stroomstoring. Konden op grote balkon zitten. Sergio muy atento y pendiente de que pasáramos una buena estancia. Amable, cercano, disponible para cualquier necesidad. Respuesta rápida ante cualquier consulta. La casa tal cual como se describe. Acogedora, menaje abundante, espacio confortable para todos los huéspedes.... todo genial!

Aurora un encanto, siempre comunicativa, y proponiendo facilidades. Nos faltaba la cafetera nespresso porque llevábamos cápsulas, y al día siguiente a primera nos la tenía disponible. La casa es acogedora , limpia y genial para pasar unos días con amigos y familia. Un placer tener gente que te abra la puertas de sus casa con tanto cariño y hospitabillidad, sin lugar a dudas es de esos rincones que envuelve, todo bien decorado, su patio muy bonito Iara hacer BBQ o Paella, y la cueva donde tienen las tinajas de vino para remontarte a otra época, un lujazo!!!

Estancia estupenda, es un pueblo muy bonito y la casita es preciosa y muy bien cuidada!

Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

Es una casa fantástica equipada como pocas. Rodri es un anfitrión estupendo se preocupa de que tu estancia en la casa sea lo mas agradable posible. Siempre pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesites lo dicho estupenda casa y estupendo anfitrión. Creo que repetiremos.

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

The apartment was fantastic. It absolutely suited our needs and was exactly as described. It was convenient to the metro/buses and we would definitely stay here again.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I had a great stay at the apartment during my business trip. Everything was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and very well located. The space had everything I needed to feel at home and relax after a long day. Jea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. El apartamento muy bien mantenido, muy moderno y sobre todo y para nosotros lo más importante, muy limpio. Hay varias opciones para acercarse a Madrid en transporte público. Es una primera opción para alojarse en Madrid. Miguel, en todo mome to disponible para lo que fuera. Muy recomendable

Logement parfait pour visiter Madrid. Helena et Ra sont attentifs et répondent à toutes vos sollicitations.le Métro 5 et au piété du logement et donne accès à toute la ville en moins d’une heure pour les destinations les plus éloignées. La chambre et la literie sont très confortables et permettent un repos réparateur après une journée complète de visites. Il existent de nombreux restaurants à des prix convenables à proximité. Lés équipements sont fonctionnels et répondent les besoins indispensables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
