We absolutely loved our stay at Kerry's place. Kerry and his wife went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were so fast at responding to text messages. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and fun things to do in the area. We would not have discovered so many fun things to do in San Felipe if it wasn't for Kerry's advice. The Airbnb itself was very cute and SO CLEAN. Honestly one of the cleanest airbnbs I've ever stayed at. The location totally fit our needs. We travel with our dog and it was very dog-friendly.

I had a great time staying at this location. Everything was clean, and the condo felt like home. Beautiful views, privacy, gated security and close to restaurants. It also had access to private pool and beach. Definitely will stay again in the future.

La casa está hermosa, muy grande y cómoda!! En las fotos se mira muy bonita pero en persona lo es aún más,todo estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo que se necesitaba para cocinar y pasarla bien!! Sin duda la volvería a alquilar!!

I was skeptical about staying in an Airbnb abroad, but I am very glad I did for my first time at Oscar’s! The house is in a great location to town and within walking distance to the grocery stores. The neighborhood felt safe and was relatively quiet (even on race weekend!). Oscar was very friendly and accommodating with checkin and out times. I appreciate his hospitality and have already recommended his house to others.

Relacion precio-calidad buena, el lavamanos comun nunca dejo de tirar agua, se notifico el primer dia pero no lo arreglaron, un desperdicio total de agua. En general todo estuvo excelente, un poco de mmto le vendria muy bien .

The location was very nice. The internet WiFi was not working and they couldn’t fix it. Even though I was not upset because I realize things go wrong that are not always in the owners control. without me asking or demanding compensation he moved us to a new house that had WiFi and was very nice. We had to pack up and move our belongings but that’s ok. We appreciated the effort on his part. People, give these homeowners a break. If it is beyond their control and they make efforts to compensate then show a little appreciation. When was the last time your plans were absolutely perfect?

A convenient, large condo in a four-plex on the south end of town. If you want to be away from the noise and people near the malecon, this is a great place. There isn't much to walk to from the condo, but everything in SF is close by. The view out the back to the mountains is very nice!

The condo is perfect, it is very spacious and has everything you need and even more than expected, it has a beautiful view to the beach and the golf course. When we got there the condo was clean and ready for us with the AC on. The condo included a private pool, it was nice that it was not crowded and it was clean. The beach is close, you can get there walking. Erick and his team are very responsive, we had an issue with the water so I reached out to them and they replied quickly and fixed the issue right away. I will definitely come back soon. Thank you Erick!

Excelente estancia y anfitrión. Mi única observación es que es un poco tedioso tener que ir a una oficina por las llaves para el check in y luego ir a recepción del fraccionamiento para un segundo check in. Sin embargo, pasamos unas vacaciones muy cómodas en la casa. No tengo ninguna queja del alojamiento. Todo excelente.

Carminia is great and the place shows it. We booked fairly last minute and she was on top of it. Would definitely stay again.
