Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu 100% genossen! Serge ist der perfekte Gastgeber, zuvorkommen, immer da aber trotzdem zurückhaltend, höflich, freundlich, hilfsbereit - uns wurde einfach jeder Wunsch erfüllt und es hat an nichts in dieser luxuriösen, absolut durchdachten Unterkunft gefehlt. Hochwertige Geräte in der top ausgestatteten Küche (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Backpapier, Alu-& Frischhaltefolie usw.), gemütliches Sofa&Bett, schönes Bad, es war schön warm (im doch kühlen April). Unsere Wäsche konnten wir waschen und auch im Trockner trocknen lassen. Vor den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter, im Schlafzimmer gute Verdunklungsvorhänge und für tagsüber schönen Sichtschutz. Parken kann man direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem großen Parkplatz, das Auto hat man von Wohnzimmer&Küche immer im Blick. Wir werden wiederkommen! Leurs logement était très propre et la localisation est exceptionnelle (tout proche du centre d’Amsterdam). Nous avons passé, un très bon séjour dans leur logement. Je recommande vivement !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hoorn, une ville conviviale, jolie et très festive, surtout à cette période de l’année. La localisation est parfaite : la gare est à seulement 7 minutes à pied, ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre facilement Amsterdam pour célébrer le King’s Day. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos, tout était conforme à nos attentes, propre et bien équipé. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs et disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

This is the perfect place to stay while in Amsterdam! First of all, it is a stunning apartment. The top floor (kitchen and living area) is 10 times even more beautiful in person. The bedrooms are very comfortable as well. We stayed over King’s Day (the biggest party in Amsterdam) and it was very, very quiet even since it is not in the very center of town. It was very easy to walk or get public transit to nearby places, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. Helene, the host, was very responsive and helpful when we had questions about dropping our bags early. Highly recommend!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit ruime en zeer nette appartement in Amsterdam. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: de keuken is goed uitgerust, de bedden lagen heerlijk en het was overal schoon en opgeruimd. De locatie is prachtig – rustig en stil, met uitzicht op het water, wat echt een pluspunt is. Het inchecken verliep vlekkeloos dankzij het handige systeem met een toegangscode, dus geen gedoe met sleutels. Wel is de bereikbaarheid een aandachtspunt: er is geen bushalte in de directe omgeving, waardoor wij meestal een Uber hebben genomen. Het centrum is te voet te bereiken, maar dat duurt ongeveer 30 minuten. Al met al een aanrader!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Magnifique logement dans rue tranquille et a proximité immédiate des commerces (ouvert de 10h a 17h pour la plus part), du bord d'eau et de son port Le moins c'est le stationnement, il faut se garer au parking Pelmolenpad pour payer 3,4 à la journée Le logement est très spacieux, propre, équipements et produits +++++,dommage on n a pas pu profiter des terrasses Jan nous a acceuilli tres chaleureusement, hote reactif et discret Je recommande+++

Lovely home just outside of downtown. Very easily accessible by bus and train, grocery store and other conveniences within a short walk. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Antoinette!

Wunderschönes Häuschen. Sieht in Wirklichkeit genau so schön aus wie auf den Bildern. Für unseren Städtetrip nach Amsterdam mit gleichzeitiger Sehnsucht nach Ruhe die perfekte Kombination von Nähe zur Metrostation und als Ausgleich Natur genießen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Michelle. Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. An die Dusche mussten wir uns ein bisschen gewöhnen. Oostzaan ist ein beschaulicher Ort, toll zum spazieren. Wir haben die kostenlose Fähre von NDSM nach Amsterdam genutzt (danke für den guten Tipp). Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Bin mit meinen erwachsenen Töchtern angereist. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ellen klappte problemlos. Die Lage vom Häuschen und vom Ort ist optimal ,man kann Ysselmeer, Nordsee und interessante Städte mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichen .

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön... Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und wie beschrieben. Yafit und Jerry sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für unsere Ausflüge nach Amsterdam ideal – sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell und bequem in der Stadt. Wer eine gemütliche und gut angebundene Unterkunft für einen Amsterdam-Trip sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Très bon séjour chez Elvira et Boris. Elvira a été très à l’écoute et très réactive à toutes nos questions. L’appartement est très confortable et très chaleureux. Le coin lecture au soleil face à la végétation est particulièrement apprécié après avoir beaucoup marché dans Amsterdam !

I couldn't recommend somewhere to stay more. The cottage was in its own little bubble of countryside. So quiet and peaceful. the cottage itself was immaculate and cosy. Very quick and easy to get public transport into the city. Angela is a superb host and was so kind as to let us stay on an extra night as our airline cancelled our return flight home

Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam. The park nearby is an added bonus. This place is close to everything one needs for a comfortable, restful stay. Nathan was a great host.

A fantastic apartment in Amsterdam, outside of the busy tourist area but easy walking distance to all attractions. Excellent location, great amenities very close by - supermarket, restaurants, bars, takeaways. We walked from the apartment every day and had a wonderful experience of this great city. Heleen is a highly responsive and friendly host who evidently wanted to help us make the most of the apartment and our visit. The apartment is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable - especially with the friendly and chatty cats :). An absolutely fabulous place to stay and enjoy all that Amsterdam has to offer. This is a five-star review for a five-star rental. The hosts are kind, considerate people. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient and quiet. The Apartment It’s new, modern, and well-outfitted. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft. It has plenty of space to stretch out, cook a meal, and relax after a day of exploring Amsterdam and the surrounding area. The Location NDSM-Werf is just cool. It’s short walk to the GVB Ferries (which are frequent and free) that will take you to Centraal Station and other locations across the river. When you tire of the crazy Centrum crowds, returning to Amsterdam-Noord is chill and relaxing. The Hosts Joshua, the owner, is as nice as could be. He helped us adjust the thermostat via video call and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. His co-host Jason is equally nice and enthusiastic. Your comfort is their priority. They are responsive and friendly. Stay here. You'll enjoy it.

We have really enjoyed Andrius' home. It's in a good neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Andrius has been really helpful and very responsive. The house was in great condition. A 5/5 experience overall.
