Our stay at Tamsin’s place was lovely! The house is everything you need and at a great distance from the center without being in the middle of busy streets. Perfect for a family. The pubs and park close by were big hits :)

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Tim’s place to visit family locally and it’s a fab place to stay and we’ll definitely be back again

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - 12 of us for my Mum's 60th birthday. We loved the proximity to the beach, especially for the kids, the spacious airy kitchen and open living area, the enclosed front and back gardens for the dogs, the bunk beds, the airstream and the cabin! We had a chef come in and cook a special meal and the kitchen was really well stocked for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful house again!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

A wonderful holiday by the sea! Madelaine is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative...a superb host. The flat is very clean and comfortable with a modern and Danish style, and has all your modern conveniences for a fully self-catering stay. Madelaine provided a few staples to get me started with my stay, and provided info on nearest grocers and shops in addition to nearby attractions. It was a completely comfortable and carefree week, and I shall miss here while I'm gone and hope to be back soon. Staying at Madelaine's flat is very much like visiting with faraway family, warm, inviting and helping you make the most of your stay.

This was the perfect base for being in Brighton to run the marathon. Check-In was easy, the apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy and the balcony was a beautiful little sun trap. The location was also perfect and was easy to walk to the cafes and restaurants in Kemptown, and further on in to Brighton. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, you won't regret it!

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely stay in Caroline’s apartment in Kemptown. It was a delight to stay there, with the decor and furnishings being beautiful but also comfortable and practical. Everything worked as it should and Caroline provided us with all the info we needed. The location was so great, either to avail of the regular buses in and out of Brighton, or a v short walk to lovely bakeries, bookshops (and importantly a pharmacy wasn’t far away when our daughter wasn’t well). Despite being in an apartment with others all around, it was v quiet. Would definitely come back and stay here again, thank you Caroline.

Fantastic location so close to the beach and pier. A really cosy and interesting flat which was lovely to come back to after a day exploring Brighton. We parked on Madeira Drive for the weekend which wasn’t very expensive and was close by. Would definitely stay again.

We felt like home straight away. Everything was really clean comfy and cosy. Thanks for the amazing deco! The place is in a great location close to everywhere. If you are lucky you could park your vehicle at the back of the apartment on weekends…. which reduces a huge stress on parking. We highly recommended and we’ll back.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! A lovely, well kept and spacious apartment, ideal for a long weekend. Peaceful and cosy for winter breaks, with outside space for summer too. With quality towels, toiletries and bedding for extra comfort. Perfectly located, just a short walk from St Leonard's Warrior Square train station, close to the cafes and vintage stores on Norman Road and King's Road - and just a few minutes down to the Hastings seafront. Very handy to be able to store our bags securely in the ground floor storage space between check out and our train departure too.

We had the best three night stay, the apartment is stunning, better than the photos, great location and loads of local amenities too. We will be back.

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Fantastic place to stay & Siobhan is lovely and very helpful. Lovely area, nice & quiet. Yet close to the pier (15 mins) and you can walk to central Brighton in 20 mins. The bed is very comfortable too! Lovely personal touches. We would highly recommend!

Jackie and Gary were perfect hosts with clear communication and their apartment was beautiful - one of the nicest places we have stayed.

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.
