St Martins Lane is a beautiful and interesting street right in the city centre it is also quiet at night.

The little seaside cottage is close to all local amenities. just a 5 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach, 2 minutes into Bridlington town centre and just 5 minutes from the local train station, everything you need is really on your doorstep. Plenty of coastal walks for those keen to explore, close links to the Yorkshire Wolds and the Yorkshire moors. Our cottage is well equipped and has everything you need, from buckets and spades to umbrellas, to enjoy a wonderful break at the sea.

Only a few mins walk from both the city walls and University, local amenities include a 24-hour Marks & Spencer, supermarkets, cafes, award-winning pubs, and the popular Barbican venue. This house has bags of character and is absolutely perfect for couples, friends, and single travellers visiting York for fun or work. Inside there is ample space for a family or two couples, with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two guest bedrooms.
