Such a sweet place to stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay (or longer). Very walkable neighborhood.

This is a genuinely special property and lovely place to stay. I’m already looking forward to future bookings when I travel to Geneseo to visit family.

I had such an amazing second stay at this location! The interior is cozy, and full of charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and it had all the amenities I needed (and then some). the hosts have great communication and its much appreciated. The location was another huge plus—tucked in a great spot near tons of restaurants, bars, and fun things to do. Whether I wanted to explore or just relax, it was the perfect home base. It’s clear this place is made with adults in mind—quiet, comfortable, and just the right touch of luxe. Can’t wait to come back!

I gave 5 stars for everything and I mean it! To start off our trip, Lou was flexible and let us check in 2.5 hours early. Lou also was consistently responsive and helpful. The apartment was cute and cozy, matching every description given. Also, this was a great location in Clinton. We travelled a lot and didn’t stay at our apartment often, but went to 392 Cafe twice (delightful). We also visited the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium. So fun! We took a scenic route down the river and saw 3 bald eagles as well! In summary: this was a great deal with a great host. If we’re back in Clinton, we’d definitely book again.

I would definitely recommend Katie's place. She is an amazing host. I was in to visit family but worked remotely from the apartment while I was there. It was perfect for me!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Being my very first time in the US and in Davenport, Amanda's place offered me a safe and peaceful place to stay. The spaces were kept clean, warm and welcoming. I was able to walk around and learn the surroundings. I also met Amanda's dad twice and we had a chat-wonderful person. I would choose this again if I needed and will my colleagues about it.

Renae made it easy to enjoy our trip to Davenport for our alumni event. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy what Davenport has to offer.

It was a very good stay. The neighbors were friendly. Paul was very understanding when my last day ended up being quite chaotic.

Lovely old house! Seems historic in some way - I would have enjoyed some info on the area in one of those binders people have in site - like how old is the house, interesting history of the Mississippi in that area etc. The beds were fantastic!

This place was in a great location. It was a spacious, charming, little house. It was extremely clean with everything we needed. There was clear, precise instructions and directions and we will definitely stay if in the area again.

We wanted a place with a view and boy did we get it, the river right outside your back door was amazing. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, it was her birthday and they left brownies and a happy birthday for her. All in all we went to relax and that's exactly what we did!!!!

The place was exactly what we were looking for, for our family of 4. It was clean, updated and comfortable. There were even a few toys for our kids to play with, which came in handy. We look forward to staying here when we are back in the area.

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

Great place. Was in town for work. Having a grocery store 2 min away really made check in and getting supply’s quick and easy. Would be great place when weathers nice for a walk. Deck would be great to sit in warm weather as well. Was there when it was mostly -10 out but house was amazing.

The check-in process was straightforward, and the location proved to be advantageous. My stay was pleasant.

The apartment was clean and quiet with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and dressers in the two bedrooms, sufficient linens for the bathroom and a washer and dryer which was really convenient. Though there wasn't a kitchen table with chairs in the apartment, when asked, the owner accommodated us with a couple of TV tables and patio chairs. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon for future guests.

This condo is located in very clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood, the condo was very nice beautiful, and clean. laundry room door needs repairing.

came upon Blue Suede 5 years ago, always wanted to come back to enjoy the condo above. celebrated our anniversary, relaxing on the back balcony, watching sunsets, beautiful river views. the place was very clean, very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Appreciated the drink tickets for a night cap night 1 & enjoyed cocktails & live music Sat. night. We've eaten at Tuggers & Rams before, both less than 1 block walk & have great food, but wanted to enjoy Benson's for our special anniversary dinner,15 min. drive north in Albany, highly recommend! We also made short trip to downtown Davenport Sat. morning to FreightHouse farmers market, always lots of goodies!! This place exceeded expectations!!
