We got delayed twice for 5 hours. Arrived around past midnight. Keys easily picked up from a nearby 24/7 7-11 store. This was REALLY REALLY handy. Easy to get to. Felt so secure and private. Love the view on the streets. Coles can be seen from balcony. Water pressure awesome and good supplies. Jimmy communicates well. REALLY loved the support. Would love to come back, no doubt about that. Lovely stay, good place, awesome experience.

Host was very prompt in his replies. Apartment was in a great location, walkable to restaurants, bars etc.

Pictures don't do Janette's place justice - Everything was immaculate and we really loved staying here! A lot of little touches throughout the home like the bed heater made the whole place very comfy and it was greatly appreciated. Janette was responsive and very helpful as well.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Anna's apartment. The view is magnificent and the balcony just tops it off. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Docklands is a fantastic place to stay as you have everything at your doorstep. The free tram zone is an added bonus. As the apartment is overlooking the promenade where you have restaurants, eateries etc., you will hear pedestrian noise into the night, so if you are a light sleeper you may need earplugs for the 2nd bedroom only. We would highly recommend Anna's apartment for a magnificent stay.

This place was right in the heart of the CBD. Tons of restaurants, easily walkable and next to all of the free trams as well! There was a super helpful guidebook with tons of things to do: we did the self guided walking street art tour which took us all over city and was so much fun :). Check in was super easy. The apartment had everything we needed and the area was gorgeous. Would 100% stay again when I somehow make my way back to this awesome city.

Great stay with a very accommodating host who allowed us an earlier check in and luggage hold which was a major help. Perfect location with easy accessibility to public transport. Clean and comfortable stay. I would suggest maybe a portable stand fan in the bedroom but perfect otherwise. Will definitely be booking again, Thanks Frazer and team!

Great place to stay thoroughly enjoyed it

Michelle was an absolute gem to deal with—warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating at every turn. We booked the place last minute on a spontaneous decision to get away and she still made everything feel seamless. The house itself was huge—easily able to fit two big families comfortably, with three separate indoor living zones, two distinct outdoor entertaining areas, and a spacious, secure backyard that the kids absolutely loved. Our dog wasn’t allowed inside, which we initially found a bit frustrating—but once we arrived and saw the setup (and his muddy feet!), it made perfect sense and we fully respected the rule. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out. You can tell Michelle really cares about the guest experience. It felt like a true home away from home and made our pre Easter break feel easy and relaxing. We left feeling refreshed and grateful—would absolutely return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michelle!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Belinda’s house. It was probably a little older than I expected but this did not detract at all as the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, sparkling and modern. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the beach and not much further to the township of St Leonard’s. All amenities were in good order and it’s obvious that Belinda maintains and cares for her property very well. No complaints from us.

Great beach house close to shops and the beautiful Dromana foreshore. Everything you need for a very comfortable holiday.

Great spot close to the pristine beaches of Rosebud. Very good location for some peaceful nights while exploring Mornington Peninsula.

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Very happy with our stay here. Check-in was a breeze - it is with at Hotel but it's just next door so not inconvenient whatsoever. The place itself was very spacious. Bedrooms were comfortable with A/C available for 2 out of the 3. The downstairs living room area is a bit on the smaller side, but there's another one right upstairs with an even bigger TV and couch. We loved that they supplied milk, juice, cereal, bread, snacks, and butter/jam/vegemite to welcome us into the home. The in-unit laundry is also extremely helpful for those staying awhile in Melbourne. The location is pretty good. While West Melbourne is generally a little bit "out of the way" from CBD, you're only a 10 minute walk to the Queen Victoria station which gets you access to the free tram. Or, you're less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest station if you want to pay fare. The only thing we had issue with was the wifi not reaching the bedrooms. We were out most of the day anyway so it didn't impact us much.

Jodie's place was awesome. Clean, fresh, newly renovated, and with an amazing array of extra amenities and thoughtful touches. Beautiful Easter decorations, basic supplies (oil, herbs, etc) in the pantry, water in the fridge. Heaps of space for 6 adults and 2 babies, both inside and out. Heaters over the outdoor table; safe backyard. And then the games room!! So many balls, games, bats, toys. All this within an easy walk to the beach. And Jodie regularly checked that we had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend this more highly.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything regarding our booking was clear and well communicated prior to our arrival. Our early check in was accommodated easily, and we were welcomed and shown around additional accessible facilities in the building. While we didn’t end up using the pool or outdoor area, we would definitely consider coming again at key times such as New Years for the amazing views. The apartment was as described, clean, and comfortable. One bedroom window whistled during a slightly windy evening, however, the sound didn’t last long. In all , we would recommend.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

The location was perfect, with beautiful view of city and the ocean. It was easy to communicate with Jim. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful place, great view and a great place for accessing transport

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

Our second time at Julie’s apartment and it was wonderful ☺️ The place is modern, clean, convenient with beautiful view and has everything you’d need. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back next time. Thank you Julie
