I was so comfortable here- one of my favorite stays... cool shotgun style apartment with spacious kitchen/ living room and a roomy bathroom with a large bedroom (comfy king bed) in the back opening up into the patio area. The kitchen is great if you want to cook. very convenient location to Flat Rock, Hendersonville.

Excellent place. Riiiiiight downtown and walking distance to anything in downtown Asheville. The instructions to get into the apartment were easy and well defined which was helpful to me because we didn’t arrive till extremely late.

Walk in to this rental and you have everything you need and more! Lin, Russell and their two dogs were very friendly, nice and welcoming. The surroundings inside and out are beautiful and relaxing. My two dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard, seeing the chickens as well as the horses across the street too. All around, this place was a perfect rental for me and close to watch my niece play softball at North Greenville University, which was only 15 minutes away. I would definitely rent again!

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Absolute perfection! Claudia and Ricardo’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Great place to stay, prefect for couples looking for a retreat or a small family. Hot tub was a great bonus and the location is only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

This clean, roomy home was perfect for our family group. Plenty of space for every one plus enough parking for all 3 vehicles. Our host responded to messages quickly. She provide nice touches for us like bottled water in the refrigerator, snacks, coffee and creamer plus all the extras in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Such a great place to stay with kids, even has a small play structure in the private yard! Close to downtown Asheville and convenient to get everywhere!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tannery House during our weekend trip to Brevard! The home was spotless and very nicely renovated, all while keeping its historical charm! Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you might need during your stay. We traveled with our 5-month-old and the home was stocked with baby gear, toys, and books. Hope to stay here again for our next visit! Thanks Michelle!!

Overall I had a great stay. Liz gave some good recommendations, and the cabin was no more than 45 minutes from anywhere I wanted to visit in the area. The cabin had exactly what I needed for everything except a potholder and some sugar, which is very minor. Definitely worth what I paid.

Great place for a girl's vacation. Mark's place had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe. Bedrooms were a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed. We really appreciated the efficiency of the elevators!! It was less than a mile to walk to downtown. You should definitely walk Coxe Avenue as there is so much to do on that street. The neighborhood looked like it was up-and-coming so a bit rough in some nearby areas, but we always felt safe. Would book this home again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Great location for Furman, Greenville sites and activities. Convenient to grocery, restaurants and needed things. Home has been completely renovated and was so nice.

Great condo in the mountains. Was visiting for a wedding so a very short stay but this condo had everything we needed. Spacious for a condo and gorgeous patio/porch. Hope to return in the fall and enjoy it longer with all the amenities available.

We loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as described—stylish, clean, and incredibly well-located. We parked and walked everywhere the whole stay and it was super easy to come and go when we headed out for hikes. The exposed brick and modern touches gave it a great vibe, and the bed and seating were super comfortable. We appreciated all the thoughtful details. Location, location, location. Very walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries. Very clean and well decorated.

This is a perfect place to stay if you want to walk around Asheville and explore all the great things it has to offer. The room gets pretty hot because there isn't a ceiling fan but I think if you close the vents in the bathroom and kitchen the air might blow back that way. We had to pull out the fan from the closet and put that on 4 at night. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Thank you Joslyn for hosting us, we appreciate you.

I would highly recommend this spot to friends visiting Asheville! Very easy to find, close to downtown while still quiet, and above a wonderful bar!

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!
