The open-plan living room has a full kitchen with everything needed for a short or longer stay. There is a Smart TV, blue-tooth speaker, dining and sitting area. There is a utility room with washer dryer, iron and board, safe and picnic basket and rug. Outside there is a fenced paved garden with seating and fire pit. Parking is immediately outside the garden.

A stunning family home, set in approx 10 acres of beautiful countryside with its own private 1 acre garden. Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

Carrick Lodge is one of two lodges within the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church. Set in a semi-rural location, it is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a lovely private, secluded and sheltered covered decking area with wood burning stove, allowing you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

The Annexe is within a conservation village, on the first floor it has shower room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and there is also a fold down bed with linen kept in cupboard under stairs On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living area with bifold doors leading to patio area.
