If I could rate this place 100/10, I would! I rented this home for my dad’s 100th birthday, and it exceeded every expectation. I was nervous about booking a place without seeing it in person, but Desiree quickly put me at ease. She sent detailed photos, answered all of my questions, and reassured me throughout the entire process. Now for the space itself. WOW. It was absolutely beautiful! The other reviews were right. It looks even better in person. Everything was clean, well maintained, and fully functional. And the views of the river were just breathtaking. The house was also incredibly family and kid friendly. There were so many thoughtful touches and fun details, including tons of games like giant Tetris. Our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful it was, and my dad was all smiles the entire night. If you are on the fence about booking this place, let me help you decide. Do it. You will not regret it. This was hands down the best experience ever!

We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

Great home. Central location, trail is walking distance through a community garden. Everything is easy, host graciously responded to all our questions and requests. Kitchen is amazing and we had everything we needed. Family friendly and Pet friendly. Thanks for having us!

Me and my guests had great stay at K’s love how much space there is for everybody so you’re not over crowding each other. We didn’t end up cooking for our stay but the top balcony would’ve been perfect to just hang out and bbq. Love that there’s a bathroom on each floor and always available seating. Would definitely book here again.

We had a long 8 hour drive for the day and Alex’s place was easy to find and get to. It worked out well for us and I would book again. Place was clean, neat and secure. Only issue was some neighbor noise but what can you expect from it being in a populated neighborhood. Overall if you’re looking for a place to stop for the night this would be a good spot.

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

My stay was nice and pleasant and the place was clean. I enjoyed my time in the backyard seating area, it was very peaceful. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Narine’s Airbnb! The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The Flat/Studio was amazing, super clean and felt like home. to be honest, the pictures dont so this place justice because its truly better in person. the place has alot of windows so it gets good sunlight, not to mention that its surrounded be beautiful trees. David was very responsive, flexible and a great host. next time Im back in the city, I am definitely staying here again. 🙌

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Really happy with my stay in the F Apartments. Every single detail there has been thought to cover any need you might have, and you can see from the first minute that the hosts have taken care of you even before the arrival; the decoration, the cleaning, the comfort ... Everything has been perfect. And when it has not ( been there for 3 weeks), Luis and Rob have been super quick and have had an exquisite attention. I was super confident on them and both Robert and Luis have shown to be extremely kind hosts.

If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in an old building, this is the place. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light and has some nice modern features (a full, new kitchen, renovated bathroom) and also has some things that you will typically find in an older building (single pane windows, nice built-in cabinetry, etc.). Midtown is a lively area with plenty to do and is great for walking.

This place was amazing! Had everything you’d need down to bags of popcorn and the hosts going out of their way to deliver us coffee during our stay. Beautiful apartment and great location, quiet and nice neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Jacque was the best Airbnb host I ever had. She was very responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond in every single way. There are upstairs neighbors but overall, it was a very peaceful and quiet stay in a nice apartment with nice appliances. She even held the next day for me when I wasn’t for sure if I was going to extend or not, which was very nice because I ended up staying longer because I liked it so much! I stayed so I can go to the athletic game, which was less than a mile walk. It’s a very enjoyable mile I might add along the river. Thanks so much!!! I’ll be back!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!
