We really enjoyed our month-long stay at Jerry's place. The kitchen is well equipped and Jerry and his wife were always helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. The host provided enough dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and even firewood to last our entire stay. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful location in the countryside but still central for exploring both Kerry and Cork counties (having a car is a must).

once again we had a wonderful time at Janet's house. The view is breathtaking and the house itself is cosy and well loved. My grandsons made good use of the kayaks. We hope to be back as soon as we can.

The house is quirky and Maureen is a warm and welcoming host!

This place was perfect for us. In clearer weather the different view from all 4 sides would be wonderful. We had a funeral to hastily organise and attend so having a peaceful haven to return to over out 3 day stay was so good. Appreciated it had a bathtub as well. Gwyneth got the balance between being available and being intrusive just right. On the day of the funeral when we returned we discovered she had popped in the back door, left a gift for us and turned the heating on. Most appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming accommodation in Cork. The place was well maintained, with everything clean and tidy. Despite being slightly behind schedule for our check-in, the host was incredibly understanding and accommodating. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Cork as it is reasonable driving distance to the Cork city as well as quaint towns like Kinsale and Bandon. The warm hospitality of Eileen and her husband was quite memorable. They were very friendly and provided many suggestions and recommendations about places to visit.

my friends and I had an amazing time here—it was the perfect base for our Irish road trip. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire and sitting out on the patio. The location was ideal, just a short drive to the Cobh waterfront. Brenda was incredibly helpful, offering great suggestions for things to do in the area. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to County Cork.
