Amazing house with a massive drive. House seemed bigger than it looked in the photos. Lots of room for our three generation family to spread out (especially loved having 2 lounges), and having an en-suite on each bedroom was heaven. Beautiful garden, and we were lucky enough to have the weather for drinks on the patio every day except one! Hot tub was used daily, and nice to lay back and watch the stars. You can walk to Poole park in just a few minutes, and it was about the same again to get into Poole centre. We didn't try out the local pubs, but did utilise the Indian Takeaway one night which was really good. Nice to have cleaning materials, full size iron and ironing board, soap at every sink, washing up things including cloths and dishwasher tablets. Was surprised that there was shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in every shower too. The only tiny negatives were that all of us found the mattresses too soft, and as we cooked every night, we could have done with more pots & pans.

Loretta's space was perfect for our generational hen this past weekend. It is light, bright and airy and we enjoyed the different spaces. Outside was gorgeous in the hot tub and plenty of space for all of us to sit. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls, baking trays etc for cooking and dining perfect for large groups. Loved the cinema room and the open plan space in the kitchen/living/dining room with open bi fold doors into the garden. Loretta was fabulous with prior communication and throughout our stay! And the house was spotless. Certainly not complaints but heads up for future guests to bring -- as a group of women we could have benefitted from more mirrors in the bedrooms for getting ready, and a couple of blankets for sitting outside in the evening! If the opportunity arises, we would definitely rebook / come back to stay! Huge thanks Loretta for a fabulous stay!

This place was something else... What a Gem! We booked Little Nans house as a surprise for the bride-to-be's hen weekend - and what a surprise it was! The hen absolutely loved the house!! It was bursting with nostalgia and many photo opportunities and every room is different in its own amazing quirky way. Tristan was super responsive to messages and even messaged me before our trip to wish us a happy time and give recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, which was very appreciated. We visited the local pub which was about 6 doors away and the locals were super friendly and fun. The harbour and the beach is just a short walk away and was fantastic. It felt like we were abroad 😀 We cannot recommend this place more! The hen loved the house and the location so much she's looking to return with her young family for a weekend away 😆 It's been nothing short of perfect! Thank you Tristan 😃

Beautifully furnished contemporary & excellently equipped home just a short stroll to the beach and shops. Fab kitchen, big comfy sofas, great ents/dining areas. V. comfortable beds with crisp white bed linen and towels! Lovely sunny garden. Good parking on drive and space on road for extra cars. They have literally thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable and as easy as possible. Caroline and David were fantastic hosts and quick to respond to any queries. Some lovely independent restaurants / bars on the high street but sadly we didn’t get chance to try these due to my Dad being taken into hospital. However, we did get to Sobo bar for coffees on the beach and the Riverside restaurant for dinner. Both great finds. We also spent a lovely afternoon at Mudeford Quay and took a boat across to the sandbank huts. We bought some lovely fresh fish to cook too. Would recommend this as it is a beautiful place to stay and a great base to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas.

Our second short visit to Jim's luxurious and spacious apartment - just as good as we remembered. The weather wasn't great so our planned beach trips were cancelled but we enjoyed the cinema room and pool table and some nice meals in local restaurants.

Samantha was a fantastic hostess. Very welcoming, efficient communicator who responded to our enquiries in a timely fashion. The property was exactly as described and seen on the photos. Our children in particular had a lovely time enjoying swimming in private as well as the evening film sessions. They have already asked whether we could revisit where we have left off!

We had an amazing stay: the caravan was very clean and even smelled really good, spacious and really had everything we could wish for with all added details such as toys for the kids. The area was great of course, although too far for us to walk to the sister park Oakdene (we got lost in the forest and drove after that, which was fine also).

Lovely place to stay, easy to find and was a great base for us to explore from. The flat was very clean and tidy. Very spacious and perfect for relaxing. The host was very communicative with instructions beforehand which made check in really easy. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
