The cottage is in downtown Summerville's Historic District. It is 1.5 blocks from Main St. behind a Victorian home built in 1890. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy with a queen size bed, sofa, easy chairs and fast internet. The bathroom is roomy with handicapped railings beside the commode and bathtub. A skylight provides light even on cloudy days. There are plants in the cottage and lots of artwork. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Ceilings are 9 feet.

Ladson Living Entire House

This two-story Ladson Living located in the suburbs of Charleston has everything within reach for a comfortable stay. It features a wooden deck in a fenced in backyard to host small gathering not for a big and loud party. Pets are not allowed,too! We won’t accept guests from 25 miles radius of our place unless it is booked by guest with good review. Again local residents are not allowed! It is next to the gasoline station, so you would expect noises from that place or on the road.

It is a charming, cozy, comfortable spot in the heart of a vibrant, southern town. An easy, two block walk to restaurants, bars, shops (boutique and antique), historic theater, and the arts. Stroll through the 16 acre Azalea Park/Sculpture Garden across the street, or relax and enjoy the sunset from your large screened porch.

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

Comfy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse. Conveniently located (about 20 minutes) to noteworthy dining experiences, activities, events, grocery stores, shopping malls, beaches, parks, and the airport . Robyn's Nest is located on a tidal creek connected to the Ashley River, and has a beautiful marsh view near the Charleston Air Force Base. Private parking (accommodates 2 vehicles) allows for easy commutes or ride shares, and on street parking is not allowed.
