Fantastic location, easy to walk to restaurants and all the major attractions. The host was friendly and very responsive. The property matches the picture and description. Working grand piano too. Highly recommend to stay at this place.

Le logement était parfait et il faut noter une cuisine parfaitement équipée (ce qui est rare sur airbnb). Je recommande à 100 % le logement chez Janesh.. merci beaucoup

Logement propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et décoré. Beau quartier résidentiel, calme, arboré. Proche de la station de bus qui vous emmène rapidement à une station de métro pour le centre ville et les différents sites touristiques. Place de parking pour un véhicule. Logement qui mérite largement ses bonnes appréciations. Je recommande vivement.

Trish and John were responsive and gracious hosts. I highly recommended staying with them and will definitely book with them again in the future for any of my visits to DC.

The room is very spacious and has everything you need including an extensive house manual! This place is a 15 min walk to the local subway station and the whole of the city from there. There are also plenty of gas stations and other shops if you need some emergency items or snack!

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

Our stay in DC was wonderful. The place was spacious and clean. Great location - we walked so many places but also had a car and it was never difficult to find street parking. Host was extremely communicative. We had a little bit of trouble getting in with the passcode but host resolved it ASAP. Wonderful outdoor space both inside and outside. Pictures and home descriptions are extremely detailed and accurate. Thank you to our host, it was a wonderful stay!

Natasha was a great host and listing was accurate. Great spot if traveling with a dog in a quieter part of dc.

WOW—that says it all. I can’t express how wonderful our stay was at Marshall and Eva’s beautiful home. We felt like it was our own little home in DC. They were always there to help. We enjoyed their quaint back yard everyday-They had absolutely everything you’d need for a perfect stay. I wish I lived closer because I would return often. Mark’s place was exactly as described. The space was clean and had such a beautiful ambiance. The roof space was as beautiful as I could have imagined. It was so peaceful to relax and take in the scenery of the city surrounding. Mark was very responsive and helpful any time we reached out. I would highly recommend this stay!

Fran’s place was perfect for my trip: it was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Very importantly the hosts were responsive and reassuring when my arrival time changed dramatically due to a flight delay. This really helped my whole trip go better.

I had a great time staying at Hudsons place. It is in the perfect area, and close to many restaurants/cafes. Hudson was very responsive during my stay, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here if you are ever visiting DC!

OMGosh..is my initial reaction. The apt was BT FUL, modern and up-to-date on amenities. My husband could not get over the heated bathroom floor which caught us by surprise in the middle of the night!. Every appliance was of the highest caliber..Thermador! Needed instructions at times but my 16 y/o tech niece figured out all media operations. The location was perfect, close to the Capital and all restaurants. The neighborhood gorgeous embraced with colorful flowers of Spring> The upstairs neighbor/owner provided us with a free bottle of wine upon arrival. My husband gave me 10 stars for finding this place and Dominic,,you have exquisite taste! We'll be back when we get rid of the 16 y/o. The Romanos!!

The little house on Capitol Hill is so much more! The weather cooperated and we were able to take full advantage of the outdoor patio, yard games, SoloStove s'mores, and creating memory boxes at the big table. lots of outdoor seating, and Sara even had the neighbors bring over more chairs for sitting around the fire! A big living room and two spacious bedrooms suited the girls well for this 18th Birthday Soiree. a second bathroom would have been helpful for getting 7 girls ready for Homecoming, but we made it work! Sara's has a nice kitchen and full size washer & dryer ready to use, right In the principal bedroom. There was plenty of linen, towels and extra throws for the chilly evenings outdoors. The pet-friendly house & fully enclosed fence made this a doggy haven for my two small dogs. They loved frolicking through the bed-gardens, and around the woodpile. a little country in the city. This was a really nice stay in Anacostia and we will come again!

Maria's place was very cozy and easy to get to downtown DC. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Maria and Dan had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and were extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again.
