Ruhige dennoch zentrale Lage. Bis zum Marienplatz sind es ca 20 Minuten mit dem ÖPNV. Sehr saubere Wohnung in der ersten Etage mit Balkon. Eine sehr gute Familienbäckerei 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Bäckerei Kistenpfennig). Rundum eine tolle Lage im Neubaugebiet schön ruhig und eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

Wir waren zwei Tage hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für vier Erwachsene und ein Baby war die Größe der Wohnung ideal. Es wurde sogar extra ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Alles war sauber und in Küche und Bad war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sehr praktisch: ein Edeka und Bäcker sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Innenstadt ist nicht direkt um die Ecke, für uns war die Lage dennoch super, weil unsere Verwandten in der Nachbarschaft gewohnt haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert!

Daniels place is great, verz well located, quite close to the metro station and places to go out and eat.

I just spent a month at this property and wanted to give some details. It's located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with restaurants, some stores and a grocery store in comfortable walking distance. The train station with access to the S4 and S6 trainlines is a 10 minute walk. It's about 15 minute train ride to the heart of Munich. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, under-counter fridge, and microwave, and is well-stocked with plates, pans, utensils - anything you might need. I had family join me for 2 weeks and had to move to the hide-a-bed in the living room. It was the most comfortable pullout bed I've ever used. Lotta windows. Lotta natural light. Fast internet. Large smart TV in living room with local TV and the ability to access Netflix and other services if you have the subscriptions. Never had any lags. Nice size bathroom. Good heat and water pressure is shower. Host was responsive and friendly, but respected my privacy. I highly recommend the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, hat einen großen Parkplatz und ich leicht zu finden. Es gibt einen Tierpark und Kneipe in der Nähe sowie einen kleinen Spielplatz. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet.

Von Anfang an freundliche u schnelle Kommunikation! Sehr warmherziger persönlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minten am Bahnhof, an allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch auf der Autobahn. Zu Fuss etwas länger, aber auch ok. (Bushaltstelle oder nächster Supermarkt wenige Gehminuten) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles offen u ehrlich, hilfsbereit u spontan!

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr besonders. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme bei der Anreise, da die Adresse der Unterkunft nicht mit der in Airbnb übereinstimmt. Wir haben dann über Google Maps hingefunden. Sonst war wirklich alles top!

Great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. Would definitely come back.

Ons verblijf in huis WaldNur was werkelijk fantastisch! Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd met een fles champagne, wat een geweldige start van onze vakantie was. Zelfs onze hond werd niet vergeten. Ze voelde zich meteen thuis dankzij haar eigen dekentje en speelgoed dat al klaar lag. Het huis zelf is perfect. Het is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt en de kwaliteit van alle voorzieningen is hoog. Je merkt dat er veel aandacht is besteed aan details om gasten zich echt comfortabel te laten voelen. De locatie is een oase van rust met een prachtig uitzicht. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de natuur rondom het huis. We maakten mooie wandelingen in de omgeving en gingen skiën in Hochficht, wat gemakkelijk te bereiken is. Tot slot willen we Andi en Meli bedanken. Hun gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid hebben ons verblijf nog specialer gemaakt. Dit is zonder twijfel een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt und direkt neben dem Dom. Man kann alles was man möchte schnell zu Fuß erreichen und alle notwendigen Utensilien die ich brauchte waren in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht zu groß aber bietet dafür alles was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und seiner Frau lief einwandfrei und sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Somit verlief der Check-In sowie der Check-Out reibungslos ab.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! L'appartement est très joli , spacieux et est situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons stationné notre véhicule dans le garage ce qui est très pratique. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal nous avons pu visiter le centre de Munich à pied (compter 10/15 minutes à pied).

Excellent location for conference centre. Either train few minutes walk or walk through park , nice 30 min walk. Clean apartment, good communication, overall couldn’t fault anything.

Voller Spannung und freudiger Erwartung sind wir nach Passau in die Wohnung gekommen. Das geschichtsträchtige Haus, die Wohnung und das Ambiente haben uns komplett und total positiv überrascht. Vom ersten Moment an, haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unübertroffen; die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist super sauber. Der Vermieter Thomas ist kommunikativ, schnell beim beantworten und sehr freundlich. Rundum ein voller Glückstreffer!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dankeschön 🍀🌼
