We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

Great flat really big rooms with lovely high ceilings furniture all nice, good selection of kitchen utensils and pans and nice bright rooms. Good little local shop just up the road and plenty of things to do all around the area. Fun having the pool table kept us entertained

We had a really nice stay at Mia's lovely and comfortable apartment. Mia is a great host, with prompt and helpful communication. The check in/out is very easy and overall it was a really pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this property to other guests.

This was your second stay in this lovely apartment. It's cozy, well decorated and furnished with excellent towels & linen. But it's all about the views. We booked knowing that it would almost certainly be a rainy week in March but we didn't mind as we'd happily potter about inside taking in the vista if so. As it turned out it was glorious and we got to explore the gorgeous surroundings more than we thought. We'll definitely be back, just hope it's available when we book! Thanks Freya.

We had a lovely break here. Its a very well appointed flat, spotlessly clean, bright and roomy with fantastic views over the valley as described. So peaceful and quiet. A perfect location for revisting our favourite places. Gill was quick to respond to our queries and keen to make our stay as easy as possible. We would totally recommend it and cant wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at Picklecombe Fort. The views were spectacular, as everyone says. We arrived in the rain & wind but nothing dampened our spirits as we gazed out from the truly cosy apartment to the mesmerising view. Over the next days it brightened up, so we were able to sit on the private balcony, and enjoy looking over to Kingsand & Cawsand. The coastal path is close at hand and we would recommend the Cawsand ferry over to Plymouth for a little wander. The facilities were excellent, bed very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Thank you Tiffany for hosting and your friendly messages. We would love to come back again to explore more of the surrounding area. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

Staying at Daryl’s was perfect, he always responded to any messages I had sent to him within a short window, and was kind enough to leave us some Prosecco and chocolate as a welcome gift! The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

Just returned from 4 nights at The Old Sunday School. We had a lovely stay here. Some really lovely touches including personalised dog towel and the food and drink hamper! The place was spotless and everything had been thought of. Thank you for allowing us to stay here 😊

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for the weekend for my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. More than enough space for everyone and more than well enough equipped! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, walkable for those that wanted to down to Hope Cove and lots of other lovely beaches and places to visit nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! The house has a lovely home from home feeling and we all had a great weekend. Would recommend it!

The apartment is lovely - modern and very spacious. We loved the open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The location is amazing, 8 minute walk to The Barbican area and a couple of minutes from a well stocked Tesco Express. James provided excellent information regarding how to self check in and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb, thanks James!

Louise was a lovely host! Her instructions for check in/check out were extremely accurate. We felt at home in this spacious, very clean, comfortable spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans dishes/cutlery to make and serve your own meals. The delicious olive oil and coffee provided were a very nice touch. Thank you Louise, we will be back!

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the photos didn’t do it justice. We received really helpful instructions on how to get there by car as the hill is slightly tricky to navigate but that is to be expected! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely place as described, very comfortable bed and beautiful views. We were unlucky with the weather but still managed to use the river taxi over to Fowey so many great restaurants and good shops.

Lovely flat and location was great. Host very proactive. There is a lovely fish restaurant a stones throw from the property.

Our stay at Sandie and Dan’s apartment was absolutely lovely! From the very beginning, communication was warm, clear, and timely – we received all the necessary information and helpful instructions well before arrival. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – quiet yet close to everything important in Plymouth. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality – we truly felt welcome.
