We had a house fire and had to move out for repairs. What we thought would be a 6-8 week stay here turned into nearly 5 months. All along the way, Tasneem was helpful and flexible about allowing us to extend our time. The backyard is wonderful for relaxing with easy access to the canal walkways. Inside, the reclining couches are so comfortable that you may find yourself accidentally taking a nap! This home had everything we could need, including a crib and play area set up for our young son. Tasneem was fantastic as a host, responding immediately to any questions/issues that arose. For example, when we let her know that we thought there was an issue with the air conditioning (this is Texas, these things happen), a technician was at the house first thing the next morning, and a whole new system was put in the very next day. We had a fantastic stay at a very nice home and Tasneem is an excellent host that helped us out a lot during a stressful time. I would highly recommend booking

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to many of the attractions I wanted to explore. I would definitely stay here again. The house is beautiful. Three floors with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor, spacious kitchen, stocked kitchen, and stocked laundry room. Priyanka even has accommodations for babies and toddlers. Please pay attention to check-out time and house rules. Super close to downtown. Lyfts were less than $10.

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The house had plenty of amenities making the price worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!

This was a great place to stay! The house seemed well cared for, and everything was comfortable. We didn't have much need to get in contact with the hosts, but the one time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. They were also proactive about checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! One detail that I would have liked to know, that was not clear from the listing, was that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It wasn't that big of a deal, but we were traveling with small children, and it's nice to have an enclosed outdoor space for them!

Overall this was a great place. Check in was very easy, and checkout instructions were clear after messaging Thomas to confirm. The house was spacious and served our group well and the location was convenient for us. We were told the hot tub was in fact not heated when we arrived which was a bummer for our group but aside from that the house was very enjoyable to stay at. This is still a house to have on the radar if we come back to the Dallas area.

This house is tucked away in a beautiful walkable neighborhood. easy to get in and very relaxing. The host is impeccable and the best host I've ever encountered in airbnb. if you have pups on your trip to Dallas, the corn dog house is the place to be! we will be back!!!

Beautiful home all recently renovated! Modern Amenities such as Alexa TV, faux fireplace, and cool bathroom mirror. Brand new appliances. Had everything you needed! Even had condiments and spices left from previous guests so I didn’t have to buy anything. I felt pampered! The back private parking lot made it it and safe to

This home was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The location was near all of our activities. The host was very professional and prompt with responses. Only thing, the occupants upstairs were very noisy, which is out of the hosts control. The parking spots are very limited and tight, but is mentioned in the description. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

We came to Grapevine for a conference at the Embassy Suites hotel. This was a perfect location with easy access to everything! The apartment is so cute, inviting and comfortable. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, living area was cozy and kitchen was stocked. When we cone back to the Dallas area, we will stay here again!!! Wonderful place!!!

This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!
