It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.
