The location of the property was brilliant, just a short walk to the beach in one direction and a short stroll to a lovely public park and town centre in the other. My wife, myself and of course, our little labrador, Cleo, loved our stay there. We would highly recommend this holiday cottage to anyone seeking a quiet relaxing holiday break.

Loved our stay here. Place was spotless, and very homely. Highly recommend. Tony and Hana were brilliant hosts, highly responsive and understanding!

Everything was perfect and as described..location was ideal and right next to the complex with space for two cars which was great. The facilities in the bungalow were great and having two toilets was worth it. There was an issue with trying to get hot water in the shower where David was rapid in his response, the water did still go cold every now and again but nothing major. Great stay, great communication and will 100% be back for sure. 5 stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic few days staying at the Wigwam. It was clean and very spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was perfect, right on the beach and a short distance from the main centre and shop. Susan was very responsive with any quiestions we had. We will definitely return :)

Having visited Southerness a couple of times before we knew the area was beautiful and had lots to offer but this is by far the best place we've stayed! Compact, clean, cozy and comfortable with stunning views out almost every window! Our young daughter was very taken with 'the little house' and our dog was more than delighted with a decent garden and private access to the beach. Paul and Linda couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed and going above and beyond. We very much look forward to staying again in the future!

Great location to explore the area from - we barely had to use the car as there was plenty to explore on our doorstep. The house was roomy and had incredible views! It was very warm and had everything we needed. It could definitely do with a deep clean but was clean enough for a short stay. Other than that we had a great stay!

Beach View cottage is in a stunningly beautiful location. The view from the front across the estuary is lovely, and it’s only a pleasant short walk to the sand dunes and a wide sandy beach. What is unique about the beach is the lack of other people - it’s like having your own private beach. The cottage is roomy and well equipped and has a decent sized smart TV. Simone was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive and communicated effectively and quickly. Alnmouth is a lovely village with plenty of places to eat and a sandy beach next to a large car park. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to Alnmouth along a safe tarmac path. We had a lovely weeks break in what is a charming tranquil place.

We had a lovely stay at Waterside View, it is a lovely spacious well equipped property in a stunning peaceful location right on the England Coastal path.

A perfect place for a couple to stay. It is equipped with everything you need, easily accessible and cosy and comfortable. The location is quiet but within easy access of the motorway and for Lancaster. This wasn’t our first stay and it did not disappoint.

A huge thank you to Jackie, John and Cooper 🐶 for everything during our stay this week. The accommodation was perfect for us and felt like home from home. The little additional touches were most appreciated. The location was perfect for walking our dogs, getting a train, walking into Kendal or getting in / out of Kendal by car. We would love to come back when we are next up visiting family in Kendal.

Very relaxing place. The hot tub was lovely. The lake was a treat for our boys. Not much in the area for little ones if the weather is wet. Overall I would definitely recommend for a relaxing escape.

As a first time user of AirBnB I have to say Elaine was the perfect host. Everything from start to finish was presented and exceeded our expectations. My children didn’t want to leave at the end and we particularly enjoyed the quality and location of the property. We were surprised by how close the town centre amenities were considering how quiet the location was. Also it was in just the right location for us to visit relatives, take a trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach and to stock up on groceries from the larger superstores. In summary we would throughly recommend the propriety and Elaine as a host. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Elaine.

carol was lovely and very welcoming. she left us a welcome parcel with bread.. milk.. biscuits and cereal. all cleaning items available in a cupboard. loo rolls.. shampoo.. and soap in the bathroom. fresh bedding on the bed.. and it was lovely and warm for our arrival. our puppy loved the enclosed garden and the jar of treats left on the side for her. we will definitely be returning later in the year. We had a great stay at John’s place. Perfect for our family of four. John was kind and quick to respond but there was not much need to contact him because we had no issues. The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. The garden outside feels very private and was lovely to relax after a day exploring the Lake District. It’s perfectly located to visit the lakes and the North Pennines. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

Had a great stop over at Lune cottage on our way up to Glencoe. We enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. Comfy beds offered a great nights sleep. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars ⭐️

We had a lovely stay. Levens is a perfect location for exploring the lakes. The local pub is a perfect place to get a drink in the evening and it’s dog friendly. The bungalow was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Hot tub was enjoyable once up to temperature. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
