Great host and one of the cleanest accommodation I’ve ever been,Karleen is always responsive and welcoming and I would recommend anyone to stay in her place.

We had such an amazing stay at this condo. Communication from the hosts fantastic with detailed arrival/departure info. Offered personal recommendations which I highly recommend taking them up on! Managed to lock ourselves out in the first 30 min after arriving (completely our fault!) and the hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to aid us in gaining re-entry. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Three patios with furniture to sit and enjoy. Quiet air conditioning units for each room. Beds, pillows, couch were all extremely comfortable. Three full bathrooms all updated, clean, and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap-such a great surprise! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed including saran, baggies, tupperwear, coffee, dish soap. Washer and dryer in unit were clutch. Restaurants on-site were delicious and convenient. Finally, a perfect location in east end for all sorts of activities. Can't wait to return and would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks!

Great place and great host!

Cleveson is a great host. Super helpful and very responsive, even when our power went out (unrelated to him). The woman down stairs is a very kind woman and made us delicious drinks. The place is clean and well kept, in a great location close to Red Hook and great beaches. Would highly recommend this Air Bnb.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The bedding, pillows and kitchen equipment was very nice. The area was nice like about 10 minutes from Havensite Mall. It was a a very quiet area. Angelica and Tyler were amazing. We look forward to coming again.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y muy completo. Tuvimos un solo inconveniente ya que una noche no hubo agua en el alojamiento pero parece ser algo frecuente en la isla y obviamente no es responsabilidad del anfitrión, pero es bueno que los huéspedes tomen precauciones.

We had a great week at Down Yonder Villa! The location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown Cruz Bay. We traveled with another couple, and the villa floorpan was perfect - 2 master suites on opposites ends of the house with main living area in between. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the patio of Chocolate Bay is stunning! The best unexpected perk was that everything needed for a beach day was available for our use - chairs, towels, cooler, and even freezer packs for the cooler!

We loved our stay at the Yellow Flamingo. we traveled with 2 adults and 2 kids the size of adults(14 and 12). Honestly, I was very pleased with the condo. Based on the pictures and previous experiences with smaller rentals, I was afraid we were going to be cramped or the kids bed was going to be too small. I was pleasantly surprised they had enough room to share the sofa and we had enough room to maneuver around each other. We were very pleased with the location too it was a quick scenic drive to any of the main beaches. The view from the pool was great! The pool had a ledge to sit and was about 6 ft deep in the middle. The kids were slightly disappointed they couldn't touch bottom. This was the only complaint from them and it didn't matter because they got their water fix at the beach. The kitchen setup was great because we were able to fix quick dinners easily. Our host could not have done anything more to make our stay better.

This home was an absolute pleasure to stay. It feels like the perfect home away from home and definitely now my family’s & I go too whenever on island. The home was super clean, organized and offered a full guide of to things to do/eat & transportation. The hosts were very responsive and offered 24/7 service. Definitely a gem!

This was such a wonderful place to stay on St. Thomas! It is secluded and private, has a beautiful and peaceful wrap-around porch, and suited all of our needs while staying on St. Thomas. The outdoor shower was just lovely, and I looked forward to it everyday being out and about exploring and hitting all the beaches. It is an excellent home base if you are looking to explore the island with a vehicle. Mark was communicative throughout, from booking to check-in and during our stay. He offered to pick us up from the airport when the wait for our rental car was excessive, to give you an idea of how helpful he is. Such a kind and genuine soul. He dug out the shop-vac so we could vacuum our rental before returning it. On our first day there, he took us to a parking spot down near the coast and then on a great jungle hike to get to an incredible secluded beach called Neltjeberg! Do not miss this for anything! You won't want to leave. Can't wait to come back for another visit. Book it now.

Joyce and her daughter Lisa were incredible hosts, responsive and caring, staying with us on whats ap as we navigated the narrow winding streets of the old part of Charlotte Amalie to get to them and proving excellent directions. Couldn't ask for more caring hosts. Be aware Charlotte Amelie is hilly. I was recovering from an injured ankle so I could not take advantage of walking down hill and tgen back up to the waterfront ( a little more than a mile away). I appreciated living in a real neighborhood, not a tourist location.

The view and location are truly unbeatable! MUST HAVE A RENTAL CAR because taxis will not go up the hill and I could not fathom having to walk up and down that thing every day but once you get up there…. WOW! Completely breath taking. We didn’t feel the need to go to any of the scenic look out spots on the island because we already had the best view and look plenty of group pictures right there in the drive way! The location is unbeatable. We were there to snorkel. We got about 9-10 snorkel spots between St Thomas and St John and our top 3 were all under 10 min away from our Air bnb! Also, at the base of the “hill” (2 min drive) is a grocery store, coffee shop, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The car and people ferry that takes you to St John is also at the base of the hill, so we were very easily able to utilize those ferries with little to no pre-planning! This trip will go down in history for our group and the Air bnb view and location were huge contributors to this!

I felt home away from home at this location. The view of the island is unmatched and the balcony is perfect for dinning alfresco. Dionne took the time to talk me through my rental needs and was very transparent about my options. I could have not asked for a better host. I hope to return again soon.

We loved our stay at Emily's. The house is cozy, clean and the nice thing easy parking (I know sounds silly, but I just realized how important it is when you travel to St. Thomas). The place is close to the restaurants, good for someone like me who doesn't like to cook when traveling. Emily is so nice and her instruction was pretty clear, so we can find the place pretty easy 👍😊

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! Thank you Stacey for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

Our stay at Darryl & Deb's couldn't have been better. From the minute we booked our trip, they were in communication and provided answers for anything we inquired about. On the day of our arrival, we found everything to be as described and never had a complaint for the 10 days we stayed. The location of their condo is prime, with the patio being just steps to the water. It is also close - but not too close - to the bar and several options for eating, as well as the area where live music or a DJ is provided on weekends. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing 10 days and really can't think of anything that we would improve upon. Thank you Darryl and Deb for your hospitality. We will be back!

This stay was really nice for my bday …me and my husband had plenty of room everything was nice from the walk to the beach to the onsite resturant … The host was nice and let us check in early and check out 15 mins late he was very flexible . He contacted me days earlier because it was construction and he offered up options but he ended up moving us to another one of his updated units … We where in walking distance of the beach but a quick drive to redhook strip..I would highly recommend. And he DOES have a body mirror in the unit (that I asked for)

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

This condo, located in Building B,and on the second floor, has a view of the beautiful turquoise blue water. Located steps the beach. condo as prepresented in pictures. A few staples (coffee, sugar, spices, etc) are there for guests which is really nice. There are flashlights with (batteries!) in case of a power outage (ocasional occurrence in USVI). Rick and Cathy are very friendly and responsive to any questions. Excellent, timely communication, in general, including check in and check out.
