Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

We visited with a small group of friends to spend a long weekend here to do some walking in Exmoor - what a find! The house is so beautiful and the views are breathtaking from all the front windows. It was a great space to hang out and relax and accommodated us all with ease. The house has a restful, happy ambience - we were sad to leave. A special place indeed. We'd love to come back some day if its still available. Sally was a great host and very welcoming.

Jessica was a great host always responding quickly and efficiently to any queries. We loved the accommodation. We visited with 2 grown up children and their partners as well as a baby. There was more than ample space for everyone and the kitchen/dinning area was a fantastic social space where everyone was able to gather, cook, relax, play games etc. The village itself seemed quite quiet, but the coast, beaches, supermarkets etc were easily reachable within a 10 minute drive. We hadn’t visited this area before, had a great time and would thoroughly recommend the accommodation. A very easy 5 star review!

Garden Cottage is a perfect family home for a trip away with everything you could need to feel at home. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a fantastically equipped kitchen and sociable open plan dining area and a very cosy lounge. The garden was great for the children and we were just a short drive from the amazing Saunton Sands beach. The bedrooms were all super comfy and everyone slept well. Thank you to Kevin for making everything so easy.

A comfortable and peaceful few days in Braunton. Great location for beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe and for walking the South West Coast Path. Bus stop 50m away with regular buses to Barnstaple and Croyde. Great private garden to enjoy the Devon sunshine and my only regret is that the Coast Path didn’t leave enough hammock time! This has the most beautiful view of Croyde bay - even on the day of storms and rain the large windows made it dramatic! There is everything you could need in the kitchen in terms of appliances and kitchenware. Our coffee addicts wanted more pods but that was very minor. The rooms were lovely and everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. The pool table came in useful as entertainment for a large family group.

Dawn is an absolutely lovely and accommodating host! Last minute booking and she was so helpful and responsive to get this booked! The photos of the property do not do it justice! It is stunning and it makes for a really pleasant stay! Lots of little touches which are really thoughtful and a super comfy bed! Really pleased and will definitely be staying again! Jess x

Beautiful stay! Very close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Helen provided some great recommendations, we tried 4 restaurants she suggested and they were all great. The flat was spacious, had a beautiful view and good amenities. While staying we also took a drive to Woolacombe, Instow, Clovelly and a boat trip to Lundy which were all very much enjoyed. Lovely bright and clean accommodation in a peaceful neighbourhood. Short walk into the town with cafes, pubs and shops all within a couple of minutes. The host was helpfulf and responsive with some great local recommendations and will definitely visit again!

Such a stunning and peaceful location right above the waters edge. The best views and location of any air bnb we've ever stayed in. Light, airy and spacious accommodation, beautiful bedding and pristine kitchen and bathrooms with everything thought of. Paul and Bekki could not have been more thoughtful or kinder- thank you. Don't hesitate to book- a truly memorable place, in this lovely part of the world. The Tunnels beaches, cliff walking, beach at Coombe Martin and funicular at Lynton/ Lynmouth were particular highlights. We loved watching the birds and porpoises in the bay. Thank you

Communication from Leila was prompt and accurate. Access to the property was well described and we found it easy to locate both the property and the keys. Inside, the apartment was lovely and clean with all the facilities that we could have needed. The views from the apartment over the harbour were great and although we didn’t end up using the balcony we did open the large window/door for an hour one afternoon which was very refreshing. Couldn’t fault anything really and if we visited Ilfracombe again we would have no hesitation in staying at Leila’s apartment

Just had another great stay with Alison. The apartment was spotless as always. It is well equipped and Alison is such a great host. She is friendly and helpful. What more could you ask.

Absolutely love staying at Jackie’s beautiful flat. The sunshine floods the living area and the outdoor space in the morning. I even spotted a heron flying past the trees, no doubt heading for the nearby river. Very close to tunnel beaches and town yet still very peaceful as slightly tucked away. Can’t wait to come back!

Well presented, maintained and fully appointed comfy home away from home, in the hub of the harbour yet set into a tranquil hidy hole out of the madding crowd (with a cracking little view north to wales affording photogenic sunsets and sunrises - and even a pair of binoculars supplied to view the crabbers, ships and birdlife - framed by French doors onto the balcony). Very proactive host - Would love to visit the Sailors Delight again!

We loved our stay and would definitely come back! my 14 year old daughter was already having feelings of nostalgia and missing the place on the 2nd day :) the location was perfect and the place met all of our needs with the addition of the tennis court just to top it off. 30th December 2024 - 2nd January 2025 We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Helen's beautiful quiet, private Bolt Hole. We loved the decor and had everything we needed to make our stay just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Ilfracombe just a 2 minute walk into town and visiting the many recommendations Helen gave us. Thank you so much Helen

Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with amazing views of the bay from the large patio windows and balcony. Adie is a lovely host, thinking of everything to make it such comfortable accommodation. We have just returned from our third visit and hopefully it won’t be our last.

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

A lovely apartment, very peaceful and great views over the valley. Communication was very good and we had everything we needed. Well placed for all the great walking and beaches in the area. We would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ilfracombe! Emma is a fantastic host who has thought of every little detail, she had even decorated the flat for easter 🐣 Emma was very accommodating to our needs, couldn't recommend staying at the snug enough! Thank you 😊

Had a lovely stay at Topside. Viki was a perfect host leaving out a box of Cornish biscuits, milk, tea & coffee and some lovely wild flowers. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable & homely stay and Viki had thought of everything. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 min walk to Bude town with all its restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops and beautiful summerleaze beach. We look forward to booking again in the near future

Had a fantastic time at the Neet. It really was a perfect place to stay especially if you are visiting Bude. We brought our 2 dogs and the garden was a great place for them to stretch their legs, fully enclosed and huge. On arrival, Lisa met us and explained everything, we also had fresh eggs and scones. The place was spotless, cosy and had everything you need from an Airbnb. Highly recommended !
