The Sea-clausion offers two Bedrooms , open space plan and a galley kitchen for cooking lite meals . We have an instant gas hot water heater . Although you never run out of hot water it does take a min to warm up . We are three 1/2 blocks from the ocean and a few blocks from the arts district .My children and I live down stairs full time incase of any emergencies
