During our guests stay they can melt their cares away in our custom built wood fired bath tub, looking at the beautiful sunset or stars above. As at this time please note there is no WiFi in the cottage and limited Phone service. A great way to relax and unwind without being completely cut off from the world.

We supply continental breakfast provisions including fresh and poached fruit, house made muesli, yoghurt, juice, local sourdough, jam and cheese. Coffee, milk and a selection of teas also provided. Cowra is famous for local produce and the Cowra Breakout. The home boasts multiple living areas both inside and out. Relax in the peaceful gardens or by the pool.

The Old Dairy is pet friendly 2 bedroom fully self contained accommodation adjacent to one of the older homes in the district. A short walk to a popular Hotel. Five minutes drive to the city centre. Easy access to wineries, parks and dining for which Orange is renowned. Your booking includes use of the tennis court, bbq and fire pit, with wood for one fire. Bookings of 2 nights or more include a complementary bottle of local wine. Well behaved pets are welcome, just check our pet rules.

"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. Although built in 1884 Anglesey has all of the facilities that are expected in a modern home. More history available in the guest guide.
