Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

We live in a country area 15mins from the airport, 3miles to Antrim and Randalstown with shops, restaurants and pubs. 25 mins to Belfast and 45 mins to the North Coast. Castle Gardens only 5 mins drive with beautiful gardens and walks to the lough shore.

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.
