Great stay in a beautiful location with many amenities included in the room. Peaceful and basic, but everything you would need. We would only recommend something to deter the Wasps as the room is located near to the Oak tree but this would be the only minor thing!

WOW.....Outlook Lodge has got to be one of the best UK holidays we've been to: * the photos don't do it justice in the layout, quality of furniture/beds/bedding. The attention to detail is amazing. *the view from the Lodge is just spectacular, breath taking. *Debbie is an extremely friendly, approachable person, nothings to much trouble. Her pre-arrival info is awesome. Lots of recommendations ref pubs for dining, places to go, dog walks, cycle tracks. *Hot tub is lovely & hot, watching the stars over the Mendips is fabulous. *The Lodge has all mod cons. Streaming TV, full WiFi, beds are just so comfy, central heating makes the Lodge snug & warm, full range of kitchen utensils (if you want to cook). *Can't not mention the gorgeous small herd of Alpacas, who are sometimes in the field next to Lodge, they will come and say hi to you 😍 If you want a relaxing tranquil quiet/peaceful break then we can't recommend Debbie's place enough. We will definitely be back very soon 😘 🤩👍xxx

Stayed for 2 nights with my wife for a relaxing break, very peaceful and relaxing. Easy to check in and out. Denise left a few goodies for us which was a nice touch. Tea,coffee and a few breakfast items were also waiting for us. A great base to explore some local history We went to puzzlewood which is only a 15 minute drive away and Offa’s dyke that has stunning views that is another 10 minutes further away. All together we had a lovely time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Me and my partner had a lovely relaxing stay in this lovely cosy home. Lots of space and everything you could need and ask for. So close to local pubs and amenities and only 30 minutes to Bath and Longleat. Beautiful views from the relaxing hot tub which has to be the best one I’ve ever used. Lots of space, jets, and a built in speaker! Host was very quick to respond and more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back soon!

In a word - Fantastic!! Kelly is a great host and was happy to accommodate a change in date due to a sudden illness. Once we’d rearranged everything worked out well. The location backs right onto a forest - literally! Harvey the dog was in his element with the smells and sounds and deer and everything, and even the 15 year stroppy daughter enjoyed the walks and the hot tub! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. A minor was finding it in the first place, but look for a telegraph pole, red telephone box ☎️ and a small red post box all together and if you turn there you’ll have found it. A beautiful retreat for 2 very peaceful nights away with my wife and our two Labradors. The retreat is very private and quiet but only a 5 minute drive from town and a 10 minute walk to the local pub. Our dogs made full use of the field as we made full use of the hot tub.

Cannot recommend this cabin stay enough! Its location was perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. The cabin was an excellent size for two adults and our dog (Hungarian vizsla) and had everything we needed! The enclosed spaces were a brilliant size for running around with our dog and we felt very comfortable with our dog off lead in them! Also the natural beauty in the enclosed spaces and surrounding the property is beautiful to be inamoungst Inside the cabin felt so much bigger than it looked, there were plenty of utensils for cooking breakfast and preparing our lunches, and overall everything had a lovely cosy cabin feeling, in particular the duvet was lovely and cosy in the night! Duncan and Jacqui were super friendly, they welcomed us at arrival and came to say goodbye at the end, but also left us to enjoy the cabin in the meantime, we really felt welcome at their place! The thoughtful touches from Duncan and Jacqui were the icing on the cake for a fantastic getaway!

A fantastic place to stay with our dog on our way to Plymouth. Very comfortable and clean and a fantastic garden and woodland for the dog. Steve is an excellent host. Really welcoming and communication is great. This is our third stay here and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Geoff was a very kind, generous, attentive and friendly host. He phoned us to make sure we were well-settled as we had to self check-in, due to a prior commitment of his. He came to meet us the following day and saw us off too! We had arrived on a very hot day and he left us much needed refreshments and fresh milk. It was a lovely, cosy chalet and the bed I slept in was so comfortable! We had lovely times in great weather sitting outside on the decking. The chalet is in beautiful surroundings with a very short walk to the river Avon, lovely walks along the river and across the bridge to the Park's amenities where we enjoyed great food & drink & watched the football on the big screen in the evening! It was a lovely short break for us to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday in such a luxurious, peaceful retreat! Thanks so much Geoff!!

Beautiful surroundings and a very peaceful location. A lovely cabin, with dog friendly outside space. The Christmas tree forest was very cute to wonder through and have right outside the cabin. Clint was very responsive to a couple of queries I had and was very happy to help, so thank you! We would definitely stay again and hope to be back some day soon :)

Thank you so much Holly & family for this wonderful stay! This is such a gem of an Airbnb - so peaceful, quiet, cosy, spotlessly clean and decorated so thoughtfully. The views are just wonderful - surrounded by stunning countryside. The barn owl making regular appearances was just so special. We saw so many lovely birds sat in the garden. There are paths straight out the garden to fields, woodlands which were a dream for us and our dog. The kitchen is really well stocked, and we really appreciated the lovely local beer & eggs! Holly gave us excellent recommendations of which we did them all and thoroughly enjoyed them! So many beautiful walks to be had just off the doorstep We would love to come back again soon! Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay. We visited with our young daughter and dog & we had everything that we needed - hosts simply can’t do enough for you. Fab location as well with loads of places to visit that are only a short drive away.

Stayed 3 nights during end of April 2025 heatwave. Easy to find. Good welcome. Lovely peaceful area on working farm. Bed was so comfortable. Self catered. Small enclosed terrace. Great for dog. Visited Leominster and Hereford. Would go again!

Home from home, with plenty of kitchen ware and utensils that we used to make family meals, enjoyed at the family dining table with an amazing view of the valley. Comfortable beds, sofas and facilities. The outdoor area was lots of fun for the whole family with beautiful views from the hot tub and BBQ. Surrounded by open spaces and the tennis court for the kids to go and explore. Ivan had thought of everything for a relaxing holiday. Having Symonds Yat on our doorstep, there was plenty of entertainment and adventures to enjoy as a family. Thoroughly recommend.

Another excellent and comfortable stay at Sandys cabin! As my previous review, the bed is the real selling point! The cabin location is also very peaceful and parking easy to find outside! Great location for when I go to Glenside for my uni course :) Sandy also a great host, making sure everything you need is available

Simply stunning and serene. Had the most wonderful stay. The cabin is comfortable and in a beautiful location. Wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. When we asked for help finding things to light a fire in the firepit, Georgie kindly brought us some firelighters, matches and firewood. Also, there is a great farm shop close by on foot. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away.

Amelia’s place is a great spot for exploring the whole of Bath, not too far from the centre where it’s a hassle to get to and not so close where it’s busy. The place itself is lovely and feels very homely with everything you’ll need, and some great views from the bedroom. Amelia is also very helpful and quick to respond to whatever it is you may need. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to stay near Bath!

We had a wonderful stay at Andy & Eileen's little cottage. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. As a bonus, some extras was included in the fridge. The bathroom was spotless, there were plenty of towels and TP, everything in the kitchen was fully functional and in great working order, and the fridge was full size and cold. Internet, sofa, dining table, and TV were all great too. We have absolutely no complaints. The absolute bonus were the two dogs and fenced off bunny rabbits. They were such a delight. And Andy kept an excellent job ensuring any land mines were promptly removed. Overall an excellent stay with some super great hosts. We highly recommend staying here.

Victoria’s cabin was by the far the most tranquil place I’ve ever been. The views were amazing and I never been so amazed to see a cabin that has everything yoj need. The wood furnace was by far the Best thing , watching the fire whilst chatting. Me and my partner constantly were Saying how lovely and how friendly Victoria and Phillip were. They really are good kind hearted people . We felt so at home we stayed an extra day !! I havnt told anyone where this place is haha as we’ve decided to keep it for ourselves for next time to come. This place truly has warmed my heart and left me so warm. Perfect size for 2 people and the bbq and fire pit was amazing watching the stars at night. I can’t thank anyone but Victoria and Philip for really being so helpful and accommodating and sweet xxxx

A beautiful lodge beside a lake, surrounded by nature. A perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying a romantic get-away. The property is located in the heart of the Costowlds Water Park and a perfect base for exploring the area. So much to do! The lodge was comfortable, clean and well provisioned with everything you'd need for a stay. We particularly enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake, which gets the evening sun. Just perfect.
