We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatre, beautiful Jephson Gardens and only 10 mins stroll to the train station. With private access from Rosefield Street, the hallway leads upstairs to the main spacious and light open plan living, dining and bedroom area with separate shower room. Our Granary has been sympathetically and lovingly converted from an old grain store into a comfortable homely studio for your stay. The Granary is situated next to our farmhouse which originally dated back to 1662. It has recently been fully rebuilt after suffering a large fire. The house, Granary and outbuildings are all constructed of the typical Cotswold stone used throughout the area. We are surrounded by sprawling gardens and grassland.
