Lucindas apartment was lovely. It was beautifully decorated with very nice furniture. Very comfortable and spacious. We were able to enjoy the roof top terrace which was very nice. Lucinda was very helpful with a lot of local recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing and things to do Evora is a small and friendly city with easy walking. We would love to go back.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette charmante maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Village et habitants vraiment adorables. Par contre très peu d'activités aux alentours, tout est à 1h30/2h de route. Village ne convient pas pour des adolescents. Petit bémol, les cloches de l'église qui sonnent très souvent et les aboiements des chiens la nuit. Sinon très bon séjour. Je recommande.

A nossa estadia correu bem, a casa era muito acolhedora e era tal e qual as fotos. Fomos recebidos com pão, uma garrafa de vinho e azeitonas que eram muitos bons. Zona calma ideal para descansar, com um excelente pátio para fazer refeições ao ar livre e não esquecendo do jacuzzi. A dona Maria foi muito amável, fomos muito bem recebidos. Muito obrigado por esta agradável estadia.

We had a lovely stay at Joaquim’s place. It is a large studio space (possibly a former dance studio?), with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the swimming pool and it was so welcome in the heat. Joaquim was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay and also provided good information on Moura. The supermarkets are conveniently close at hand, and everything in the town is walking distance. We tried a couple of restaurants - Vermulhudo and André’s - both really good with a lively atmosphere. We climbed to the top of the tower at the castle, had a boat trip at the Alqueva dam, visited the oil press museum and generally enjoyed Moura which is very pretty. Thank you for having us, we would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Susana’s place in Évora. The house was beautiful with lots of detailed thoughtful touches. Susana was 100% responsive and left us a lovely bottle of wine and a very yummy cake! Évora was a great town with lots to do and wonderful restaurants and great recommendations from Susana. Danielle and I really enjoyed our stay in Carlos and Isabel guesthouse. A few things immediately come to mind when reviewing their guesthouse, like the cleanliness of the house and the beautiful decor. Clearly all of the amenities have been well thought out to make you feel at home and comfortable. Unfortunately, it was too cold to use their swimming pool. One minor suggestion would be to add a streaming service with the TV. We found Carlos to be friendly and very attentive to our needs during our stay. The location is rural, but only a short 5 minute drive to the city of Évora. There are a couple of small villages within a few minutes drive. In fact Danielle and I enjoyed one of our favourite Portuguese meals in the village of Valverde.

Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos. No centro da cidade mas muito sossegado. Dormimos super bem, cama muito confortável. A Ana Paula foi muito atenciosa, perstável e simpática. Apartamento muito limpo e prático. Gostámos de tudo inklusive dos miminnhos que a Ana Paula nos deixou à chegada e agradecemos. Esperamos voltar um dia.

Onze vakantie werd compleet met dit mooie plekje als uitvalsbasis. We hebben enorm genoten van het mooie uitzicht op het balkon en het centrale plekje. Bedankt Pedro!

We loved Evora and loved this apartment. The terrace is a beautiful place to relax and listen to church bells and watch swallows. Living area is bright and nicely furnished. Easily walkable to town center, restaurants etc. Fantastic Airbnb.

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

Great stay in Evora, apartement is in a small street of Evora historic city center and so is very well placed if you want to visit Evora. Parking is a real + as well. The flat is absolutely beautiful and there was as well nice equipment for our 1 year old child. Perfect stay and Susana was very nice and helpful.

Very nice house, clean, well located, and we didn't hear a thing at night. It's within walkable distance of the main attractions of the city (monuments and shopping). Garage easy to find with the instructions left. The host left us many recommendations, which brought us to dine at the "Taberna Sal Grosso" which was simply amazing.

We loved our stay in Evora at Jorges place!! From the start communication was excellent and he provided some really wonderful recommendations we took advantage of. The place was spacious and well appointed; the welcome bottle of wine was a perfect touch! It was a little rainy so we didnt make use of the courtyard or little balcony as much as we would have liked but I imagine these are lovely in sunny weather. Location was perfect for us - short walk from large free parking (next to aqueduct!) and right around the corner from a lot of sites. We had a great time in Evora and would definitely stay at Jorges place again!

Casa exatamente como descrita no anúncio, recomendo! Todos os quartos equipados com Ar Condicionado, TV e Casa de Banho. Cozinha totalmente equipada e moderna. Pátio partilhado com piscina. Certamente uma experiência a voltar a repetir em breve!
