Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ottimo per escursioni nelle Dolomiti, sia in inverno che in estate. Kürzlich renoviertes Haus. Wohnung mit Doppelbettzimmer, Bad, Küche und Salon im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang. Optimale Lage zwischen Bozen und Trient, Nahe Kalterer- und Gardasee und Dolomiten. Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen, Sommer wie Winter.

Stilished benches can be set up as a double sofa bed. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

Meine Unterkunf ist außerhalb des Dorfzentrums inmitten einer begehrlichen Naturlandschaft. Trozdem sehr ideal gelegen, da man schnell zu den gewünschten Zielen gelangt wie z.B. der Villandererer Alm, Saiser Alm, Plose, Grödner-Tal.... Auch die schönen Städte Südtirols, wie Klausen, Brixen, Bozen sind leicht zu erreichen..
