Felt Like Home—Clean, Quiet, and Walkable Location Check-in/out was super easy with clear instructions. The space was perfect for my boyfriend and me—cozy, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. Loved the filtered water from the fridge! We walked 10 mins to the Turnip Truck for groceries and made breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen. Coffee shop next door and a liquor store two buildings down—so convenient. The bed and linens were very comfy, blackout shades were great for naps, and the unit was peaceful—we never heard neighbors. Plenty of towels and in-unit washer/dryer were a bonus. Kitchen had basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Only suggestion: replace scratched frying pans. The place was super clean, cutely decorated with a Nashville/country theme, and felt like our own little home. About a 20-min walk to Broadway, and The Gulch had lots of great spots too. We’d definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for our needs. Daughter was competing at Libscomb so it was an easy walk. And The Well Coffee House just around the corner - bonus. Short drive to everything else. If you like walking - not too far to get to 12 South. Place was charming, clean and in a great neighborhood. Would stay there again!

Very clean and new place just 8 minutes from downtown. The area is very nice corporate type place environment with a couple cute restaurants and cafes. Would defn come back

Courtney was wonderful! Super responsive and friendly. We loved the location because it is walkable to all that music row has to offer in addition to the attractions in the Gulch area. The uber is a quick ride to Broadway. The area was very clean and safe to walk around. The apartment itself was beautiful and has an amazing rooftop with a view of the skyline and other amenities that were appreciated. Highly recommend!!!

Joscelyn's place was exactly what we needed while we were away from home in Florida. We booked last minute, (minutes before we got there but not on purpose) and everything was ready, waiting, and perfect. The place smelled great and everything was clean. The decor was such a great touch and we loved that we didn't run out of hot water. Joscelyn was very easy to communicate with and she responded in such a timely manner. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed especially the breakfast spots. Highly recommend staying here, you wont be disappointed.

This place was amazing! Super location just minutes (and I mean minutes) from everything including Broadway, Music Row, The Gulch, Coffee Shops etc. yet quite enough to feel relaxed when you get back from a day of hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is really nice/safe, and very walkable. The main building itself is secure, quiet, and clean with ample covered parking in a gated garage. The unit itself is beautiful (exactly like the pictures.) It had everything you would need for a great stay and was beyond clean. Although there were no issues during the stay (it was a 3 month stay for a work internship), Angela was extremely responsive when we had questions. After this experience, this place now feels like a home away from home and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when returning to the city. You absolutely can't go wrong renting this unit! It's got to be one of the best options with the best host in the area!

Our stay at Chad’s home was nothing short of amazing! From our very first messages, Chad‘s team was highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and made everything from booking to traveling a breeze. The home is incredible - spanning over four levels, our group of seven girls admired the tasteful decor, extreme cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop was hands down the cherry on top of it all! Every morning I went up there to meditate, stretch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Nashville. Seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting this wonderful city! Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs LOL - which was just my excuse to skip working out for the week. The location is great. You can walk to Franklin if you need to. It was a great landing spot for us as we weren’t planning on spending a ton of time at the home. The kitchen was ready for you to make a meal. There were more than enough towels and wash cloths which was so nice to have with staying four nights with four people! There are places to plug things in on the night stands that were a nice touch! It had everything we needed!

Cozy, quiet, and clean. My parents came in town with their 4 dogs and stayed here and absolutely loved it! They will be back and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Good place to hang out, enough space and sleeping arrangements for our group. Neighborhood was a little run down, but for our group not an issue. Overall was worth the money and would use this house again.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond! The balcony was super nice and the location was nice. I felt safe knowing that you had to use codes to get in to the building and such. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. This place was exactly how it was described and the pictures displayed. They did not use any angles or filters to try and make the the place more appealing which was refreshing as you find that on airbnb quite often. there was plenty of places for drinks and for within walking distance which it made that much easier to start each day.

This place was great for a couple days getaway. It’s in a great location, walkable to downtown, around music row, the gulch etc. The place itself has a hotel feel to it. It was very clean, quiet and enough space to accommodate 5 people comfortably. Lacey and Derek were great hosts and I would definitely book again when I’m back in Nashville.

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!
