the place was super clean and cozy just like the photos. everything was well prepared when we arrived and the space felt really comfortable to stay in. the location was convenient too, close to food spots and easy to find. the best part was the host. Nur Farhana was responsive and friendly teroks! she replied super fast and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. def recommend this place if you want a chill, hassle free stay.

Really responsive and flexible host for an absolutely beautiful getaway with all the amenities one would find at home. Nothing like going to sleep and waking up to the views and sounds of waves crashing on shore.

非常干净整洁的小院子，前院有椅子后院能晾衣服，餐具和生活用品都配备齐全，床品舒服，特别是主卧，马路对面有 7-11，附近有洗衣店，生活是方便的。但是离餐厅和海滩有一些距离，到海滩看海龟打车大概 8RM。房东回复及时，沟通顺畅，我们住得很舒服，可惜时间只能安排一晚，有机会可以再来。

The homestay owner is so friendly and he allowed me and my family to check in early as soon as they cleaned the house. He also kept checking if I got any issues, good response from the owner. The house has a washing machine and a dryer. Both are working well and we were able to wash our clothes. We dont have to go out to find laundry services.

Easily one of the best stays i had in Kuantan, considering the price range. For small/medium family, almost everything was provided. The house was clean. Although it wasn't Squeaky-Clean, per se. But it was properly cleaned for our stay. Although the house has guest before, can still checked-in 1 hour early, which is nice. 1 of the 3 room didn't have AC. but it was not hot. probably due to natural ventilation at the top makes it cool/chill. Everything is labelled. From Switches, directions, manuals, etc. All you need to do is read 'em. Forgot to leave my personal notes in the guestbook. Haiyaaaaa~ A lot of sofa/seats in the living room + dining table. Comfortable for family discussion and sembang-sembang and kudap-kudap time. Can fit 2 cars under the porch. if got more car, there are a lot of spaces in front of the house or nearby for parking spots. My only comment is the water pressure: a bit weak despite having water pump. Definitely will re-book this homestay in future!

This is a delightful unit for a family getaway. Loads of activities for both parents and kids. Eateries are in walking distance and also convenience store for your necessities. Overall, it's a great place for a beach vacation.

Wij verbleven er 3 nachten met een gezin met 3 tieners. We genoten van het prachtige zwembad en het strand. Een uitstap naar Kuantan is zeker ook de moeite waard. Mooi centrum met een leuke avondmarkt.

Beautiful and comfy for staycation ✨

It was a pleasant stay. We really enjoy the house, balcony facing the beach (breezy), the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are spotless clean. Overall the house is cozy. Everything is perfect! We’ll definitely come back. For parking, you can opt to park near the unit. Just pay a little extra. Good foods and restaurants are nearby. We enjoy the keropok, satar and malay breakfast just the opposite road of the apartment/condo. There is also Zus!

Perfect place to stay! Beautiful view, really2 love this place! Host gave a clear instructions from A-Z! At the outside got few stores to buy thing. Walkable to the beach.
