Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

We had a perfect stay at the lodge! Beautiful property with equally beautiful surroundings. It’s well equipped and lovely to have use of hot tub, bbq etc! Lots of nice places to walk for food and drinks. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay - thank you!

Great accommodation on a beautiful well landscaped site. 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The deck out the back was great although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it due to prior commitments ( the reason for staying in the area) great communication from responsive host. This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

Beautiful house which was perfect for a family weekend away. Very clean with excellent facilities. Views were lovely, a public footpath passes right past the garden with a nice walk to the local village. Host Debra a pleasure to communicate with.

Tom’s flat was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. The location was central and not far from the train station which made it easy to get around without a car. He was a responsive and helpful host. I’d definitely stay here again.

I had a lovely stay, the place was clean and spacious. Its easy to reach on foot from the town centre, takeaways nearby and an M&S 10 minutes walking distance. Also close to the bus stop towards Swindon, Cheltenham and Cotswolds.

Très agréable séjour chez Katrina. L’appartement est très beau, très spacieux, très propre et parfaitement équipé Katrina étant absente nous avons été accueillis par Steve qui a été très courtois et très patient avec nous car notre compréhension de l’anglais est très faible. Nous avons été ravis du panier d’accueil (Crumpets, céréales, beurre, confitures), merci encore. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur la place privé et avons visité Bath à pied depuis la maison (25 minutes du centre), c’est très raide pour remonter mais nous sommes de bons marcheurs et étions ravis de faire du sport. Le chemin vers le centre est super car il domine la ville. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir un temps magnifique pour profiter du beau jardin. Bref je recommande à 100%

We honestly can’t thank Alison and hubby enough for making us feel so welcome to their gorgeous apartment. We’ve stayed in Bourton on the water 3 times and this apartment most definitely was the best . Having out own private outdoor area , overlooking the lake was a lovely addition and being allowed to walk around the lake was wonderful . Perfect location with parking . Approx 7 mins to the village , loads of walks from here without moving the car . So much choice of cafes restaurants and pubs . Our favourite pub was Maxis hidden in between the Dial . Love The Dial inn too . Had a great night at the Hawkstone Brewery with live music . Lovely walk to lower slaughters , the Slaughters are beautiful and love the pub too . Caught a train to Oxford , super day out . Loved the Farmers Dog , Clarksons Pub , Burford , was a great visit . Lots of very close villages to visit . Can’t wait to return .

We had a lovely break away, the accommodation had everything we wanted and as described. It was easy and quick to walk into Bath centre while being in a very quiet street. Would recommend.

Quality furnishings and super warm welcoming vibe to the apartment. My partner and I felt at home and relaxed during our stay. The only tiny thing would be we struggled to eat meals as there’s no table and chairs in the apartment. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay.

We had the most beautiful stay at the retreat in Tetbury- a wonderful apartment with all the essentials for our baby and pet dog. It was so relaxing, the facilities were fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the use of the garden with the bbq and scenic outside area. We were thrilled with how close we were to shops and Cirencenster. We would definite stay again. Thank you Victoria.

A beautiful apartment, much bigger than expected. The location was so convenient and felt very private. Lisa was so responsive to any questions beforehand and whilst we were there. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in the apartment. There was everything we needed, the space was great and really well cleaned and looked after. Sandip's instructions for check in made it so easy and he sent us lots of recommendations for places to go and things to do nearby. There's plenty to do within walking distance which was perfect for us. Parking is quite tight but if you have people to help you, it is doable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed at Crin's over Xmas whilst visiting relatives nearby and it was exactly what we needed. Communication was great with Crin, she was warm and welcoming. The property was great for a walk around with our 4 year old to burn off some energy.

Had 2 cars and was very helpful with making sure it was easy enough to find parking for 2nd car. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything was lovely with our stay. Beautiful apartment, impeccably clean, nice and bright inside. Perfect location right in town. Comfortable beds, quiet at night, beautiful setting. Nice little outdoor seating area. Host was quick to respond and provide instructions. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay here again.
