We were two couples that stayed at Anne's apartment for a week during Christmas. The place was stunning, just as described! We made great use of Netflix and prime Video over Christmas and Boxing Day! The breakfast that was provided was soooo thoughtful and we really appreciated it! We were impressed with everything :)

The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

The flat was lovely! It’s in a great location, really close by to restaurants and the town centre. It was also spacious, clean and comfortable which we really appreciated. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The host was also very responsive and accommodating to an earlier check-in time. Would definitely stay here again!

I expected nothing less from Hazel! Cozy neat apartment with immediate supplies for your first morning. Fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite shower room made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend a visit.

A brilliant stay - clean, modern and bright, and in a great location just above The Lanes. A vibrant bar outside and the rest of the city within walking distance. A great communicative host, contacted us early to offer early check-in. Modern rooms and amenities and a compact, calm environment. An easy stay and I hope to stay again!

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

Excellent house in a great location. Kids loved the house with great bedroom setups, house is well supplied with games, toys and dvds, plus a good garden to explore with a treehouse! Very good, large spaces for dining and lounging. Comfortable, clean bedrooms with lots of bathrooms. Well furnished and supplied house throughout. Loved our stay here! Very welcoming and perfect for a few families weekend away, great house with some great things around to do. Only small negative we could say was the water pressure struggled a bit with multiple bathrooms in use at the same time. Would stay again and definitely would recommend! Thank you.

The house is nice and comfortable, very close to the town center and the beach

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Wonderful house The host dean Added some really lovely touches as it was Easter He left everyone an chocolate egg and even a birthday cake for my grandson Couldn’t fault our stay Coffee pods and flavoured tea added bonus as weather was a bit chilly the games room was a kit with the kids Would definitely make another visit

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Bright & clean apartment, brilliantly situated if your going on a cruise like we did. I'm also impressed Christina didn't leave a to do list before you leave, this was a nice touch, as I will always try to leave a place how I found it. Also there is a convenience store on the corner of the building, this proved super handy. I would definitely book again, especially if I'm going on a cruise 👍

Wow! Where to even start! This was my first time using air BnB and Ted has made it an amazing experience. Ted was super helpful from start to finish. I struggled with the booking system, no worries for Ted! He asked me to request the dates again and we booked straightaway. He was quick to reply and came across friendly and professional. When we arrived at the property, thanks to the guide we had received from Ted, getting into the property was a breeze and the location was easy to follow. Thanks for the annotations and pictures! Now onto the main event, the property. The flat was exactly as described and pictured and wow, that view off of the balcony overlooking the docks really is something else! The flat was very clean and tidy, had basic amnesties available as well as tea, coffee, milk portions in the fridge etc. The bedrooms were well stocked with towels and plenty of hangers as well as soap etc. The stay/flat was really wonderful and Ted even more so. Nice sized apartment with lovely view across the marina. Comfy bed. Shops and restaurants walkable. Easy car parking near apartment. Town a leisurely walk or short taxi ride

Philip is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. He provided a beautiful welcome basket for us and some milk in the fridge. The apartment is very spacious with comfy sofas, and has a lovely outlook onto the seafront. Great shower and hot water aplenty. It’s situated far enough away from the bustle of the city, but within walking distance of everything we needed for our short break. There’s a good range of restaurants and take outs nearby too. All in all a lovely stay in Brighton.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!
