The Annexe is self contained with garden views and in the centre of the village of Holmes Chapel within short walking distance of all shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is a train station 5-10 minutes walk away with services to Manchester and Crewe, and the village is 2 minutes from J18 on the M6. The accommodation itself has excellent off-road parking, is homely and bright, and has a well appointed kitchenette. We supply fresh towels and basic supplies (milk, tea, coffee) to welcome you.

A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.

The Loft

The Loft is an en-suite bedroom above our garage with separate access and plenty of off-street safe parking. There are no cooking facilities but there is a coffee machine, kettle and some basic supplies. Breakfast is not included but can be by arrangement. Please note that it’s a family home and so we don’t guarantee silence! Oulton Park, Blakemere Craft Centre, The Hollies and The Shire Horse Centre are all local. Access is easy to Chester, Knutsford and Manchester.

Welcome to the Brook House Annexe at Brook House, Bunbury. The accommodation is completely self-contained with a private entrance and comprises one ensuite bedroom and a separate kitchen / living area. There is a small double sized sofa bed in the Living space. The Annexe is located within a two minute walk to the Dysart Arms and Saint Boniface Church, whilst other village amenities such as Co-op, Burrows’ Butchers and Tilley’s coffee shop are within a 5 minute walk.
