Had a really lovely week here. Place was very clean. lots of space. Loved having a floor for each family. I think what stood out by far was how well equipped it was for kids. Bathroom stools, toilet seats, toys, games, kids cutlery. Never seen a place like it. Only downside is not having space for 2 cars. Never had an issue with parking the second car ( there's an old Austin that looks its been there since the 70s that we parked behind round the corner all week) but the quads were given a workout walking up that hill every day. We had plenty of warning though and the trade off for such a lovely place was worth it Seeing family as was brought up round here so didn't do too much of the tourist stuff, but there's plenty nearby, and a park just over the river. All in all had a great time

Enjoyed our stay. Amana was a very responsive host and the location was very central. Kitchen well-appointed and clean.

Everything you could possibly need. Attention to detail. As noted the front bedroom does get noise from the Main Street. Tv would be great in the four poster. But no complaints.

We had a great few days in York. The house was well appointed, lovely well stocked kitchen. Best of all was the location only 5 minutes walk from the city walls. Close to the Minster and the rest of the city centre. Dave was very helpful with local suggestions etc. Would definitely come back .

Really nice place for 7 of us to get together for a reunion weekend. The house was comfortable with great decor and space to relax, plus room at the table for all of us. We found the heating a bit of a challenge and we were far too hot overnight (downstairs room, they struggled to adjust the radiator) but just turned it off completely on the second day. Lots of hot water and ample equipment, nice toiletries provided. It was inconvenient to have to meet beforehand to gain access, especially since there were roadworks nearby that caused a disproportionate delay to my arrival. Fortunately Beth's housekeeper was flexible around this, but, given that there is a key box, it seems an unnecessary complication. There was also a lot of "noise" before we arrived, in terms of instructions and rules for the property, none of which were onerous, just felt a bit unnecessary; but perhaps previous guests have been less than respectful in what is a lovely residential area.

Couldn’t have been more welcoming and wonderful hosts. It was a lovely location and a fab house. Couldn’t fault it!

Just a lovely clean neighbourhood and the best location. It is a lovely property. If you appreciate clean well maintained properties with fresh clean smell, lovely colours on the wall, nice real furniture, clean bathrooms that smells fresh that is Tiffany’s property. We had a wonderful stay, felt like home but at the same time it was classy and felt like a holiday for us even though we stayed for work . I will definitely rebook Tiffanies house with closed eyes. Thank you Tiffany looking forward staying at your lovely property again. I wish all hosts had clean houses well looked after like yours with a lovely friendly personality. Beautifully presented town house, immaculately clean and a pleasure to stay in. Caroline was super helpful and responsive and the whole experience was seamless.

Enjoyed our start in York, great location. Thank you to Keith and Jayne, loved the sunny rear garden overlooking the river. The thought to leave some key supplies to us were a lovely touch.

My friends and I loved the air BnB. It had so much character and felt like we were in a Jane Austen novel! Warm, clean and cosy with all the amenities you’d need. Close enough to walk to the surrounding areas, shops, cafes and restaurants. Thank you

This house is the most beautifully styled that we have ever stayed in. Every piece of furniture and soft furnishing is of the highest quality. Comfy beds, soft towels very comfy sofas. The kitchen was extremely well equipped too. There is a lovely outdoor space for eating for when the weather is nice. Shannon and her other half were very responsive whenever we messaged and were very keen to resolve any issues. They also allowed us an extra couple of hours to check out as there was no-one moving in after us All in all a 5*experience and I would thoroughly recommend this property for a stay in Leamington

I had a wonderful stay at Claire's place. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Claire was an exceptional host, always responsive and attentive to any questions I had. Great communication throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Lovely place. Easy to find. Close to the town. 15-20 min walk. Quiet area. Roof top terrace a nice bonus. Very clean and tidy. Lovely bed linen and towels. And nice touch with the crumpets. Butter. Tea. Coffee. Fresh milk and water. Loved York. Would 100% recommend to others.

Andy is responsive, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the Peak District. not only that, but Andy was super helpful when my partner and I unfortunately got locked out, getting to us in less than 30 minutes. he has tons of amazing recommendations for the area and the place was clean, large and even though I tend not to stay at the same place twice I'd be happy to stay here again. oh and the water pressure is incredible!! The area around the house was great too! only a 30 minute walk to the city, and the 170 and 1/2/3 buses go to great spots like Bolsover Castle or Curbar Edge, for those of you without a car.

There was excellent communication from Clare throughout. We arrived at the house to find a lovely welcome pack of goodies and a bottle of wine and all the basic foods eg milk and tea bags. After long journeys this was very welcome. The house was charming and we were able to sit outside in the well appointed yard to enjoy a drink in the sun. The location was perfect - a very nice, quiet street which was a short walk to the city walls. We slept like logs. A great stay!

Clean, tidy and everything you could need for a stay. Comfy bed. Sunny patio garden. We were only there for one night so found the small local supermarket very handy.

Marks Chester home is a beautiful home away from home. Great location, short walk to the centre. Very clean and well presented. We’ll definitely return.

Michelle was great at communicating. Very friendly and even messaged on the day to say we could check in early if we wanted. The house was very clean and extremely well equipped. Excellent breakfast supplies provided. Well located for the city centre. Fairly short walk or very easy Uber. Quiet area. The safe parking in a locked area behind the house was great. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely weekend at Nigel's. Great for walking and exploring the area, including the town centre. I think the pictures do not do this house justice. Unique, quirky, and much bigger. Thank you.

Charlotte’s place was beautifully decorated and very clean. We could walk to a very close great pub around the corner. We also could walk to the centre of the town but at the same time it was very quiet in the evenings. The Shrewsbury abbey can be seen from the kitchen window and a bedroom window. Would highly recommend this airbnb.
