It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

The family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely, comfortable and the backyard was brilliant for the dogs. Everyone had room to be together and space for relaxation. Plus the location was super close to the hotsprings and local cafes. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Lavinia!

We would highly recommend Alex's apartment for many reasons. The location is perfect in terms of trams, cafes and restaurants and yet it was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and contained all that we needed for our week's stay. Alex met us at the apartment block and explained the information we needed for staying and leaving. We would stay again when we return to Melbourne. Thank you Alex.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Nice, clean 2bed unit right next to the beach and close to the shops and food in Mordialloc.

这是一个令人惊叹的房子！ 首先，阳台竟然可以看到墨尔本完美的日出和日落，足不出户，270度绝美景观，以下照片都是我手机实拍，回顾他们仍然觉得不可思议。早上可以看到热气球。夜景也非常壮丽。 非常特别的是，阳台BBQ cannot be better! 夜里看着夜景烤肉&在阳台上吃，简直是最难忘的经历之一，第一次来澳大利亚的6岁的儿子兴奋的对着夜空喊出，I love here! 屋内同样非常整洁有品味，餐具和厨房设施质量极佳。很多艺术的细节。主卧电热毯非常舒适，孩子也非常喜爱儿童房。可以看出Jeff和Melinda一家十分热爱生活，爱这里。 房子的位置极佳，旁边就是气势恢宏的战争纪念馆和皇家植物园，后面是阿尔伯特公园和圣基尔达海滩。最重要的是，楼下就是tram站点，在tram主干道上，可以坐很多很多车，去哪里都十分方便。 3楼的泳池和健身房桑拿房很不错，停车场也很不错。 虽然我们走过许多国家、城市和漂亮的房子，但我仍然对这里叹为观止。难以置信的美景和享受。如果有机会，一定会再回来。 总之，PERFECT！

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

Claire's place is well located, across the road from Southern Cross Station and Skybus terminal. Great views too from the small balcony. The apartment was very clean and matched the photos, and Clair was very responsive to any questions I had. The apartment complex has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and climbing wall, which we utilised. Although a little smaller than I'd hoped, with no room for a dining table, I was very pleased with the apartment, and it has a great central location for visiting Melbourne. Highly recommended.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Loved being able to walk across the road to the beach and not too far to supermarket and cafes. Loved the backyard with lots of birds in the trees - unexpected nature so close to a highway and that it was pretty quiet.
